The apartment is wonderful, beautiful landscape, very clean house, wonderful Jacuzzi. Alexandre was very attentive and helpful.

We have stayed at this house several times and it is always a very good experience! For those who want to be close to the Village and close to a good market, quiet beach, it is an excellent option. We went as a couple and a pet, who loves that garden (and the view is beautiful). Thanks and we'll be back soon!

Excellent hosting!! We intend to return!! You can hear the sound of the sea all the time, your feet in the sand, the apartment is a good size, well ventilated, well-equipped kitchen!! All the structure of a good house!! Several shops downstairs in the building: bakery, ice cream shop, grocery store, restaurants and snacks!! We recommend the Gamboa Restaurant, which is 200 meters from the apartment. Award-winning dishes, with great prices. The beach is cozy, 1.5 km long, with very clean water and several nice corners for contemplating the sea, an excellent waterfront for walking. Impeccable security!! Everything is very quiet, no mess or loud music. Great for resting and feeling at home. Kamila was very helpful and flexible with check-in and check-out. The apartment is excellent even for longer stays!!

Flavia is a sweetheart, super attentive and her son is also cute! Location exactly as described, the view from the bottom and top (bedroom) are wonderful! I went with my pet too and he was comfortable, even with Flávia's son, who fell in love with him. She recommended unique places and gave tips that made me realize that one weekend is not enough, lol... after all, it's always not enough when we like the place. Flavia, thank you again!! The place is amazing - beachfront location, accommodation, it’s more than well equipped. Nice tables and chairs in the house. The Beach tent they offer, was an amazing feature. We went with pets and it’s very secured / gated. Roberta was great to talk, very responsive.

Great house, as per photos. Easy access and very beautiful condominium, very polite and helpful employees. Very close to the beach. Communication with the host was easy throughout the stay. The swimming pool wasn't so hot but it didn't hurt our experience that was 10.

Casa Cubo unites modern architecture, landscaping and urban art in one place. The space is nice, cozy and feels like home. The house is airy, illuminated by natural light and provides a constant connection with nature — whether in a bath overlooking the garden, relaxing on the sofa looking at the Maresias sky or enjoying the pool surrounded by native vegetation. Everything was done with affection and attention to detail: the paintings, the decoration and the environment form a harmonious and enveloping whole. The house is on the sand, a few meters from the beach, with excellent location and easy access to bakery, gas station and other amenities. The condominium is organized, with entrance control, which gave me a sense of security, especially since it was the first trip with my daughter. And Daniel deserves a special mention: super helpful, attentive and available. A real 5-star host!

It was wonderful to stay, amazing view, excellent for me and my family. It was perfect! I recommend it and if it works out to return, I would stay again.

Excellent experience. Without criticism, to make it perfect I suggest maintenance on the air-conditioning of the main suite (it does not cool properly) and ensure that at least the ceiling fan of suite 2 works, since there are technical difficulties for the corrective maintenance of the air-conditioning installed in this suite. Another important detail is the fact that there is no hygienic shower in any of the bathrooms. An exceptional apartment like this deserves some extra attention.

The apartment is excellent, beautiful just like in the photos! Very complete, especially the kitchen, which has a stove, oven, barbecue, water filter, etc. The reception and communication with Izinha was great, whenever we needed her, she responded quickly. The view of the place is stunning and the surroundings are very quiet. It is in the northern region of Ilhabela, a little further from the center, requiring a car for transportation if you want to go to the main restaurants of Ilhabela or to the beaches. I went on a holiday, the island was very crowded, so we got stuck in slow traffic whenever we left, spending 30 to 50 minutes to get to the center or beaches in the South region. There are some beach huts near the apartment, but the structure is inferior to the beaches of the South region. The only point of attention is the ramp to access the house, it is really very steep, with curves. We were in a 4x4 car and went up easily, but it could be a problem for those with a smaller car or who have some mobility difficulties.

The stay was great, starting with all the support from Lucia, who was super attentive from the beginning of the contact. Great house, everything is clean and the view from the house to the beach is spectacular, location close to the market, bakery, restaurants. Everything was very good. I thank Lúcia for the support and flexibility in check-in and check-out as well. We'll definitely be back.

The place is amazing, we had a little problem with rainwater entering the second floor but otherwise it was all perfect, the hosts are extremely friendly and responded to all my messages quickly! In the end is well worth it if you like a Boa Vista, a good location for the beaches beyond the very nice and cozy space! I hope to return some day

The Refuge space is sensational, you experience a part of the world and nature that you usually only see in movies and soap operas. The kitchen is excellent, the deck, garden, bedrooms, the whole environment. I hope to return soon.

Second time we've stayed at Alessandro's house. And again everything was great, clean and organized house. He was very attentive.
