The experience of the stay was extremely satisfactory, we spent happy and restful days at the house. The space is exactly as shown in the photos, very clean, organized and with several leisure options to get the kids off the screens. The pool is another strong point, always at a pleasant temperature and at night the water gets even warmer, as if it were heated. The hostess, Karyna, was always ready for any need that arose. Similarly, the caretaker, Antonio, and the cook, Maria, were cordial and very helpful. The condominium is quiet and wooded, close to the beach, however the stretch did not please us very much, because despite being a beautiful place, because it is close to the river, the water was a little cloudy and with vegetation, which did not make the bath so inviting. However, this was not a major obstacle, as the house is very close to two other beaches (about 4 km). Anyway, the experience was excellent and we want to come back again and again.

The listing is exactly like in the pictures All clean and comfortable. Check in and check out easy. Parking in the building. Access control after digital and face registration. Apt very well located. A pity that lost sight of the sea due to a building they are building at the front. But it's too close to the beach. I'll come back for sure

My stay in Pajuçara was simply wonderful! The host, Maria das Graças, was extremely attentive, welcoming and helpful from the first contact until the time of checkout. The apartment was impeccably clean, well-equipped and in an excellent location - close to the beach, restaurants and tourist spots. I also highlight the small details that made all the difference: the organization of the space, the super comfortable bed, and even local tips that she shared with me, which greatly enriched my experience in the city. I definitely felt at home and wanted to come back. I highly recommend the accommodation to everyone who is coming to Maceió. Thank you for everything!

The super clean apartment, the condominium has a very good leisure area, by the sea. Well-equiped apartment.

Casa with good location, close to the beach and a little further from the center (still to go on easy walking), great for those looking for quiet, home with 4/4 air-conditioned, clean and with reasonable space. Also air-conditioned room, good leisure area with pool and barbecue area (which needs a roof, because it is in the sun, but served the purpose well), garage was 4 cars without disturbing the circulation, large kitchen and equipped with all necessary utensils. I will definitely refer you and come back again!

Wonderful stay, we felt at home so cozy it was. Not counting on the wonderful view, Fernando gave us a lot of support and it was pretty cool. I will definitely refer it to my friends and I intend to go back again, amazing experience! The flat has all the support we need, especially when we want to cook it has all the utensils, cutlery, cookware, stove, all very organized and clean.

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful home. Everything was perfect: the neat decoration, the impeccable cleanliness, the superb swimming pool, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach (which is also accessible within a few minutes' walk!) and the beautiful garden. A real little piece of heaven. A big thank you to our hosts, Daniella and Pierre-Yves, who were incredibly kind and available throughout our stay. Very well-equipped house, I have traveled the world with Airbnb and this was the most complete house I have ever used, with everything we needed, Marceneiro beach is not very good because it has many stones but we went by car to a nearby beach and enjoyed it.

We really liked the property and it suited us perfectly (both for the location, parking and indoor space). The children's items were very useful (the toys mainly) and the accessory items too (cooler for example).

The house is great, beautiful, with all the amenities and very close to the beach.

We really like the apartment. It is spacious beachfront home with a beautiful ocean view. Too bad we got a lot of rain, so the tide was full, which prevented us from walking on the sand. Alexandre was very kind, helpful and attentive, always answering our questions. I recommend going by car, as there is not much choice for eating nearby, besides not having a market, pharmacy, bakery, etc.

A paula super attenenciosa, the house matches all the photos of the advertisement, condominium pe in the sand, super quiet, swimming pool always clean with swimming pool going during the stay to do the cleaning, the Edna of cleaning super fine and helpful people, I loved the stay and I want to come back more often!!

A wonderful stay! It served us super well. The best view I've ever seen from everywhere I've ever traveled. Maceió is perfect, we will definitely return other times and in addition Diogo leaves two beach chairs in the house and a styrofoam for you to enjoy in the best possible way. Complete apartment, with everything you need.

It was a wonderful experience, I highly recommend it and I want to go back! The host was very polite and attentive, the doorman greeted us with great attention and accompanied us, the apartment is amazing, the view is wonderful! We got a little rain these days, but it was great because we rested and the house is very cozy! They were great days and we will definitely come back! My mom and niece loved it too!
