The apartment was great. Perfect location, easy check-in, the apartment was clean, and Renata was a lovely person!! I highly recommend it.

We really liked the apartment, very beautiful and cozy with an incredible view of the sea, an easily accessible location near the mall, market… We also thank the hostess Daniele who responded quickly and was always very polite!

The place is excellent, just like in the pictures. You can hear the sound of the sea by leaving the balcony door open. Sensational !!

Great value in a prime area of the city, with the best beaches. Privileged view, both from the bedroom and the living room/kitchen. Comfortable, clean and with all the necessary items for a good stay. I highly recommend it!

We booked the stay for a brief visit to Maceió. The apartment and the building are very new. The building is not yet fully occupied, apart from the “low season” period we chose, which provided a lot of comfort in relation to the use of the facilities such as the gym and swimming pool. Mirela's apartment is very well equipped, everything works well, comfortable bed... we felt very well assisted. Mirela even gave me excellent tips for healthy food restaurants, since my husband had some dietary restrictions. The building is well located, facing the beach and is right at the end of Pajuçara, it is not such a busy part yet, but there are already good restaurants and developments emerging next door. It was a few days very well spent and I recommend Mirela's place without hesitation. The rooftop view is a highlight! It is an Airbnb with a hotel structure and experience, when the rooftop restaurant is ready, you probably won't want to leave.

if I were to talk about what I didn't like, it would be the time of entry and exit with the car. The floor was always squeaky. But that was all. Everything was impeccable.

Marcos and Lilian's house, in addition to being aesthetically beautiful, is also very practical and prepared. A welcoming environment for families, perfect for memorable moments. We booked Casa Mati for a special occasion, so we hired Zil and Stephanie, who spared no effort to make our days the best possible - we started with an excellent regional breakfast and they still took care of lunch and dinner, in addition to making sure that everything was always in order and working. The house is well maintained, located in a gated community, still with few houses built. To access the beach, a car is required, as the condominium is not on the seafront. But the car is necessary to explore the region (beaches, Vilinha Marceneiro, Vila Guajá… etc). I recommend this accommodation for anyone who wants a beautiful and comfortable retreat in Milagres.

The house is amazing, personally I found it even bigger than in the photos, very airy and all the rooms are very clean, including the pool. The barbecue area is very complete, the covered outdoor area is also very spacious and comfortable. Sol was extremely helpful, responding quickly to all messages. My girlfriend, friends and I loved the experience as a whole, it's definitely a place we would return to and recommend.

Very happy to have chosen this house for my family's vacation! Carlos was extremely attentive, always responding quickly to any questions. The house is exactly as shown in the photos, it has a very nice leisure area, we took our pets and they loved it! I intend to come back more often!

newly built condominium, all-new, is about 10 minutes by car to BR/AL-101 where there is a shopping mall. Everything is well taken care of and with a good structure. There are three great pools , one of them with hydromassage and close to the beach , The stay surprised us with the super complete structure. The house had everything we needed, from filtered water, pots, cutlery, blender, coffee maker, Nespresso and even a cellar! The induction stove and oven. In addition, they are two suites, perfect for accommodating everyone. There are also chairs, parasol and even a thermal cooler, which was super practical. Roberto was attentive and available we hope to come back more often.

Giuseppe was very attentive and the accommodations corresponded to the advertised. My only recommendation is how the lighting outside the house (in access) could be more illuminated, the most WE LOVE the STAY!!!!

The house is beautifully decorated, with a wonderful beach vibe. All rooms are suites, which provided a lot of privacy and comfort for our group. The location is excellent, a few steps from the beach. The house is well equipped with utensils and good appliances. As we were in six people, we missed a larger pot for group meals, but we have already passed this feedback and believe it will be provided. Bed linens are of excellent quality. I recommend and would be back for sure!​

We love the apartment and the perfect location is. You could do everything on foot and we didn't use the car at all. The apartment is exactly as advertised.
