The house is exactly as advertised, the second time I've stayed in the same house. Always very tidy, clean! Super safe gated community! Foot in the sand! Great location! Jade always responds quickly and is very attentive.

We felt at home, super cozy, very equipped kitchen, with all the necessary utensils. Perfect spot for rest. A private beach, with crystal clear water, a place to rest, sunbathe, etc. We had the opportunity to dive and see turtles.

The house is exactly as in the pictures: a grace, well airy and illuminated, with the main utensils. It is super well located: close to the beach and with a supermarket and pharmacy very close by. The grill is great, with a good size and great exhaustion. We were greeted by Luciano, homemade, a very beautiful and super attentive people from Bahia. Anyway, the cost-benefit is unbeatable! Sensational space. Rustic finish and very beautiful. Everything is as described. Full kitchen. Great location, very busy because it's on the avenue. Eduardo is super helpful. We took our dogs and they were very comfortable. We'll definitely be back.

Our stay at Casa das Três Marias was wonderful. The house was clean and tidy to welcome us. The space is perfect to be with family and friends. The pool is delicious, the water always in a pleasant temperature that invited to use anytime, including at night. The existence of a space near the own pool to prepare our caipirinhas was providential. Nele also had a minibar, all thought for the guests' day amenity. The barbecue area was another high point in our stay. We recommend the Casa das Três Marias and we intend to return at another time.

We simply love this place. We went on the carnival holiday in search of quiet and that's exactly what we found: quiet place, seaside, AMAZING sunset, wonderful view of both the bungalow and the pool (which was only for us for the entire stay). It had everything we needed. Couldn't have been in a better place. The access is super quiet, Davide gave us great instructions for the site and guided us perfectly. Your dogs are gracious.

The stay was excellent! Eni's house is beautiful, very spacious and well-equipped — perfect for going with friends or family. The yard is large, with a well-kept garden, swimming pool, deck, barbecue area and full kitchen. The rooms are simple but offer comfort, with air-conditioning, bedding, blankets and towels for everyone. It is in a quiet neighborhood, ideal for those seeking privacy, and at the same time is very close to Feiticeira Beach — in less than a 5-minute walk, through a gate at the back of the house, you are already on the sand. The host lives on the same property, but is super friendly and discreet, appeared a few times and never disturbed our privacy. It was a great experience, highlighting the beautiful garden of the house and all integration with nature and I would certainly come back!

The only problems were the lack of a support table or a small cabinet to store groceries, lighting in the kitchen at night, and the part of the support table where the thermos and plates are kept, which is very low. I was hitting my head when I got up (it's bad for tall people). There were also a lot of insects in the bush on the balcony, you could trim this bush, but even with the negative points I would return and recommend it to any friend.

The house has a beautiful view of the island canal, a beautiful spacious and comfortable balcony. The space is perfect for 4 people, with an integrated kitchen and living room, which allows everyone to be together. It must be a new place, or well maintained. Access is easy and with a good location, close to markets and restaurants. I recommend it.

Casa Fagundes was a sensational experience for my family, I got married in a civil ceremony and wanted a pleasant and quiet moment with them, there were 18 of us and the house accommodated everyone perfectly well, very nice and clean rooms, they look a little bigger in the photos, but they are amazing, the whole house is impeccably tasteful. Refrigerators, freezers and plenty of utensils to accommodate the entire structure needed to receive a large group. Important point to mention the work of Neia, the indicated daily housekeeper, a super 10, helpful, hardworking and good energy. The place is super discreet, safe and totally private, a dream view. The black beach in the center is not the best in the world for swimming, but it is so comfortable and exclusive that we stayed right there, we even swam at night, it was a very positive experience. Fernanda is always agile and attentive to every detail that was requested.
