Location location location This apartment is in a great location. Jonathon’s was very responsive and helpful. We were worried there would be a lot of street noise. But it was relatively quiet. Even with the doors open. A major Plus for this apartment is it has its own private parking so no need to stress about finding somewhere to park. Another plus is the apartment is very secure and seems to be newly renovated.

This place felt like home for our almost 2 week stay. Everyone in our party (ages 9-70) commented how well they slept in the comfortable beds. The location was perfect for getting around to all the other areas of Melbourne we visited. Any of our local family who saw the place talked about how gorgeous it was and how the neighborhood was so ideal. We felt very safe walking to various coffee shops and restaurants.

Juanita provided such a great place to stay for a week. Close to all public transport & restaurants. Apartment was immaculate & Juanita responded to any message I sent virtually straight away. Highly recommend her place to stay

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jasmina’s beautiful apartment. The location is easily accessible to public transport and the apartment is as described. Jasmina was super responsive and was kind enough to give us a later checkout. I will definitely look to stay at Jasmina’s apartment next time I am in Melbourne.

My wife and I stayed in the apartment for 5 nights. It was very comfortable, had all the amenities such as laundry, tea, coffee machines and consumables, WiFi, smart tv, iron, bathroom soap shampoo etc and most of all a comfy bedroom. The location is brilliant and even though it is close to chapel street it’s a couple of blocks back so was fairly quiet for a good night’s sleep. The apartment is lovely and the hosts were very responsive and helpful with the check in and checkout. It’s got an 11am checkout which is great. Overall we really enjoyed this apartment and look forward to staying here again.

Had such an amazing stay in this space! As soon as we arrived it felt like a home away from home - super cosy. All the furniture is extremely comfortable, and the air con/heating makes it easy to control the temp in the apartment. The kitchen is also really easy to navigate with plenty of fridge space and the shower may be one of the nicest I've had in a long time :) It's also surrounded by loads of really nice restaurants and cafes which are amazing value! (Highly recommend Cucinetta!) Also not a crazy long walk away from the beach/central Melbourne and has the royal botanical gardens next door. 10/10 reccomend!

This was our second stay at Belinda’s great place and we’ve just booked the third. Belinda is very helpful and the apartment is very clean and very quiet. It’s peaceful yet an easy walk to loads of restaurants, shops and local transport. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay at Ben’s Place. The apartment is modern, clean and very comfortable. It was the perfect location for a weekend in Melbourne, with chapel street on your doorstop and the train station an easy 50m stroll away. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.

We loved our stay at Lucy’s. We are from Melbourne and familiar with the area but needed a place for a month. Lucy’s was perfect. Great location, easy parking, very well stocked kitchen, basic condiments and things available for cooking, super comfy bed and lovely living room. Everything we needed, could have stayed long-term gladly. Lucy provided really clear info and was very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

Had a very good stay. Location is brilliant and there is everything you need within this one bedroom. Great communication as well!

Susie’s apartment was amazing !!to say the least It was really clean and exactly matching the photos and description given With an amazing gallery and of course the icing on the cake was the goodies kept like fruits breads different types of tea/coffee water bottles and what not. The location was as described with an easy 5 minutes walk to the tram/railway/bus station. To take u to the city centre in 10/15 minutes. Beautiful riverside walk nearby. Susie was a very easygoing and a lovely lady Would love to stay again

A truly exquisite stay in this art deco apartment in the heart of Melbourne. The attention to detail was impressive.

Fantastic apartment and pretty easy to get in - not too complicated. Apartment itself was very spacious with nice balcony.

Dan & Paul’s stay is a cozy, very well located and they are always very responsive on messages. Check in was smooth and quick, and for us in a business trip, we could walk to the convention centre and back with such good views and everything around us walk in distance Thanks guys, will staying over again next time. Thank you Meary for a great stay. Your apartment is comfortable. The instructions for access were easy to follow and we appreciated your prompt communications. Thank you for leaving the coffee machine ready to use when we arrived - that was a welcome touch. It was in a perfect location for us as our daughter lives in the same apartment block. It is in a good location right opposite Victoria Gardens Shopping Mall, lovely Yarra River walks, tram across the road, and getting Ubers to/from your apartment was also very easy.

Anne was extremely helpful and friendly. She made us feel right at home especially after a long flight from the UK. She met us at the apartment and showing us round the property and giving us great tips on the surrounding area. Anne was always very responsive during our stay and was a great help in ensuring my son found longer term accommodation for his new job in Melbourne. The apartment was nicely located for trams into the CBD and a 5 minute walk to the beach!!! I cannot thank Anne enough not only allowing us to use her property but for all the advice and help. Would definitely stay again.

Vintage Melbourne available at a great price! The location is excellent. Within walking distance to all St. Kilda has to offer as well as easy access to public transportation. Parking was always available in front of the house but the option for a private spot is included. Great value!

Magda was lovely from the start and provided clear instructions for check-in and suggested parking options nearby as well as we were driving all the way from Sydney. The place felt comfortable and cosy and will definitely recommend for couples looking to stay with pups.

Chante was an absolutely amazing host, The Penthouse was squeaky clean, Kitchen was beautiful and had all you need - Coffee/milk/sugar/coffe machine all the cutlery you might need. The spa is amazing, the bed and couch are super comfortable, and Chante was kind enough to allow us an early check-in upon request. She was very responsive and friendly as well , would absolutely recommend this place, The only thing you might find a bit odd is the smell due to the spa being in the open but use the Exhause fan on top of the spa that helps alot, My only recommendation would be adding some sort of Air-freshner, Other than that this place was absolutely Fantastic. 💯

Kim’s apartment was cozy and spacious! The facilities that came with the apartment were fantastic! The location of the apartment was also convenient with multiple tram services at the stop right infront of the building. Overall, it was a great stay! 😊

Tikali was a great host and the place was perfect. Would definitely stay here again when we’re in town
