TOP experience. Ugo is a communicative, friendly and helpful Host. The 110-square-meter apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, even a large closet like all the rooms in the house. Impeccable tidiness and cleanliness. The apartment is equipped with everything, including a cordless Dyson vacuum cleaner. It is located in an area with quick access to the main roads, other amenities, and close to very beautiful scenic areas with historical/cultural value. The apartment is on the third floor, but there is no elevator, so it is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties. For hot periods, there are portable fans and the position of the windows allows good air circulation, reducing the heat. The installation of the air conditioner is expected shortly. Ugo is very attentive to sustainability, there are solar panels and automation for optimal control of the apartment. There is a reserved parking space. When we return to Friuli, we will contact him.

The farmhouse was fantastic, neat and clean, cool on hot days, roomy and just wonderful. We didn't realize that transportation would be such a big deal...we rented a car for a week, but were too scared to drive, so were quite dependent on our family to drive us around - highly recommend renters get a car! But overall, the place is a total delight...the visiting grandkids and their dog loved running around the huge yard, the place is *quiet*, the storks and ibis amazing and we even saw a big jackrabbit. Thank you soo much, Manuel, for your kindness hosting us.

Valeria's house is the perfect place for anyone who wants to explore the Friuli region. An hour away from both the sea, the mountains and Slovenia there is always something to do. The house itself is perfect; spacious, clean, cool during summer and with a great ambiance. The neighbourhood is quiet and shops, restaurants and supermarkets are just a stone's throw away. Absolutely recommended.
