Behind the house, there is an adjoining meadow and forest. Distance to the basilica is about 300 m. The center, shopping and the elevator are within walking distance. A wide range of leisure activities. A floor of the house is rented out, including terrace with southwest view, breakfast area and beach chair for your own use. Welcome to the forest home! Our house is located at almost 1000 meters above sea level on the edge of the forest in the climatic health resort of Semmering. We have 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen on a total of about 320 m². NEW: Free shuttle throughout the stay for all major destinations in the surrounding area. Therefore, arrival and stay also possible purely by public transport! The nearest ski resort (with ample parking) is 5 km away. For kids we have a well-equipped playroom.

The former barn is originally converted into a holiday home of a special kind, 144 m² on two levels. Surrounded by 2 ha of meadow, 1 ha of forest, a place for retreat, for family holidays, for "Simply Being in Hollenstein." Swimming, tennis, cycling (Ybbstag cycle path right outside the door), hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and tobogganing right by the house if the snow allows! 3 km from the center of Hollenstein, very good infrastructure.
