Fiona's place is a gem! We felt very comfortable and were able to relax very well. The location is very quiet and suitable for animal watching. In addition, the accommodation is well equipped. Stornoway is 20 min away by car and is good for shopping or cafés/restaurants.

We had a lovely stay! The tiny house has everything you need and even more: we felt home immediately. It was pre-heated and very clean. We stayed in a few other AirBnBs in Scotland and this was the best one. Would recommend it 100%! We’d definitely come back 😊

Perfect pod for a stay on Lewis and Harris. Wonderfully thoughtful goody basket on arrival, clean and well organised interior, and peaceful countryside surrounding views and sounds. We were out and about every day in the good weather but would have made a lovely little bolthole for stormier skies too. Sonja was extremely helpful with pre arrival information and tips on what to do locally. Will certainly be recommending to family and friends thinking of coming this way! Thanks Sonja, Roddy and Charlie (and Freddie, the collie our own collie now adores!)

Such a beautiful opportunity to experience the quiet and authentic side of Stornaway. We loved every minute we spent at The Bunker! The views were spectacular and the sunrises/sunsets ever changing. The kitchen was sprinkled with locally baked treats and even homemade jam for us to enjoy. It was such a delight. The only drawback, for me personally, is how I move forward with no warming towel rack in my life!! I can’t unfeel the delightfulness of warmed clothes on a chilly morning. They are not common in the states. On a scale of one to ten, The Bunker was easily a 72 ;).
