Harbour Views flat in Porthmadog

AlanRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Booking and communication at short notice was very good and locating the property and check in was easy. The allocated parking bay is clearly marked and close to the entry door - the high street and Ffestiniog Railway Station a two-minute drive away. Once inside, I found a light, clean, comfortable and attractive interior with good quality furnishings. Comfortable double bed and peaceful at night. Lounge with large comfy settee next to patio doors with a great view of the harbour. Good sized TV and reliable Wi-Fi. I enjoyed sitting on the patio in the evening sunshine. Open plan kitchen next to lounge is well equipped. Three supermarkets locally or lots of restaurants if you don’t want to cook. From here I visited some great locations including Anglesey, beaches on Llyn Peninsula, Snowdon Railway, Ffestiniog Railway, Portmeirion, Barmouth and Porthmadog itself. I had a great time at this accommodation, a perfect base for exploring Snowdonia and I would happily stay here again.

A beautiful home away from home. Fresh clean linen and towels. Beautiful modern interior. Rhian and Will were very quick to reply to my messages and were very helpful. Thanks for the milk and Welsh cakes! Beds were super comfy! My parents were impressed with everything! Other than that everything was perfect and we cannot thank the hosts enough 😊 Just to add, property is 1 mile away from Portmeirion so it was an excellent location for us. Instructions for off road parking were excellent too. Thanks again for 5* property and 5* clear instructions 🙂

Welsh Mountains Basement Flat with Cinema Room

LeianndraRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Jonathan and Gwen were wonderful hosts, always quick to respond to any enquiries. We were warmly welcomed with a bottle of Prosecco and some chocolate, which was such a thoughtful touch. The instructions to find and access the property were very clear and straightforward. The location was ideal for a couple of days’ hiking, situated right opposite a beautiful river with lovely walks nearby. The property itself was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The cinema room was an absolute the perfect touch, and we made great use of it. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to return in the future.

Barmouth Beach Front Apartment Spectacular Seaview

KatieRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a lovely stay at this lively seaside apartment in Barmouth, even though both of my children unfortunately came down with a nasty sickness bug soon after we arrived. We ended up spending most of our time indoors, so it was a relief that the apartment was such a clean, modern, and comfortable place to be. The sea view was a pleasant bonus — not dramatic, but still a nice sight to wake up to and a reminder that the beach was just a short walk away. If you noticed bin bags over the pot plants — that was a quick bit of baby-proofing to stop our youngest from munching on the decorative stones! Despite the unexpected illness, we were really grateful for a well-kept and cosy base. Would love to return under healthier circumstances!

Scenic Ground Floor Apartment on the Menai Strait

RoryRating, 5 stars1 week ago
My wife and I have just spent three nights in this idyllic apartment. Everything about it smacks of class. Beautifully situated, well equipped, spacious and quiet. The view from the lounge and the bedroom is worth the trip on its own. Parking is great and the garden is just perfect to relax in with its view over the Menai Straits. Bethan is an excellent host and very responsive. We agreed that it is probably one of the best apartments we have ever rented. We even cut short one day of touring around just so that we could return to the garden and sit in it. A few nice places to eat in town although I would not recommend walking there unless you fancy carrying oxygen with you for the return trip up the hill. All in all a perfect place for a break and to relax in.
