Cabin vacation rentals in Portchester

Really lovely location. We were blessed with a heatwave so it was really nice to sit outside and enjoy the surroundings, and in the cooler air of evening the hot-tub was fantastic! The cabin is very thoughtfully done and our hosts really wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay. They were really friendly and even came up with a birthday banner for my partner! Nice treats were there to welcome us too - Prosecco, chocolate and amazing homemade strawberry jam! We recommend! (The cabin, and the jam too!)

Just returned home after a wonderful 6 days at The Hideaway. Nina’s beach hut is outstanding and the pics don’t do it justice! Super comfy bed, lovely hot shower and she has made it feel so homely. We also enjoyed the hot tub after a day on the beach and being in the sea. The beach is a 5 min walk and is beautiful. Clear waters and sandy. We enjoyed brunch in the Captains Cafe a few mornings and also visited The Hut which although pricey is worth the treat! Nina is a fabulous host, responsive, friendly, helpful and attentive but respects your privacy. We loved our stay and the surrounding area and can’t wait to come back. Thank you So much, Nina xx

We were looking for a staycation where we could just relax and unwind and this place was just perfect. The care and attention put towards this place is fantastic. Could not fault a thing, the outside space is just amazing. The pool and jacuzzi, both very good size, were so private and well maintained. We will certainly be visiting again. We had a lovely stay from the moment we arrived till the minute we reluctantly left. The family at the farm were incredibly welcoming and helpful. We loved seeing the animals and learning all about the farm. It’s very peaceful and set in a beautiful surrounding and the accomodation was great. Beds were comfortable, the shower was fab and the hot tub very nice for an early morning and evening dip! We will definitely return ….

Tranquil, idylic location. We booked last min (same day) with our dog. Clean and comfortable and we would love to return later in the year to relax in another season.

Absolutely amazing stay in the cabin and can't wait to go again. It was the perfect place to slow down - so secluded in such beautiful and peaceful surroundings, and there's a sauna on the farm, which was a surprise added bonus! We had lovely lunch at Duke of Cumberland Arms which Edd and Mea recommended. All in all a fantastic place and wonderful hosts. Thank you!

We highly recommend the Alpaca Lodge! The communication was excellent from the outset, with Laura being very accommodating to our requests. We appreciated the freedom to explore the land within the sensible guidelines provided. The cute welcome hamper was a lovely touch. The living space was great, but the jacuzzi was truly outstanding. Soaking in it with the fairy lights creating such a lovely atmosphere was a highlight of our trip. We'd happily stay again!

A wonderful place to stay, just 15 mins from Peppa Pig World and why we chose this woodland retreat. A beautiful setting, views to the lake, great to have breakfast outside and watch the Wildlife, Heron, Moorhens, Swallows, Swifts, Deer, Squirrels etc. A real wooden lodge with all the comforts of home. Anna is a great host, always on hand with lots of local knowledge to share. The Harold Hillier gardens are fabulous, Beaulieu and Buckler’s Hard made for great days out, highly recommend.

Beautiful Airbnb, responsive host and it was lovely and clean!

A lovely annex which was well equipped with books, games, and even jigsaws. It was super clean and spotless and had lovely furnishings. The info/welcome had everything you need to know about the annex and the area. Really recommend!

Gorgeous views lovely location beautiful beaches .Great fishing 🎣 Peaceful. Everything you need for your stay local shops to hand and a good sized lidl for big shop if needed .Good places to eat out . We loved our stay so did both our dogs ..bit barky as people walking by on the beach thats only because they not used to that 😄 Would definitely come back .thank you pippa for your kindness lovely to meet you 😊❤️

The cottage is charming and nicely kept. The patio and garden were lovely to have and we used them a lot as we had such great weather. The only thing to be aware of is that the cottage is just off of a busy road which meant traffic noises early in the morning. That said, we really did love it and there were some great walks to do right from the doorstep. Also some lovely pubs nearby.

This is a beautiful lodge where you can relax, enjoy peace and quiet and be close to nature. The lodge is well equipped to be comfortable, including a well equipped kitchen if catering for yourself. We would definitely return and recommend to others.

Wonderful weekend spent in the cabin. We loved it! Being so close to the beach was perfect for us. The space was beautifully presented, all the extra touches were so thoughtful and the outdoor shower was a huge hit with the children!! We made the most of the local restaurants and coffee shop (Goat was a fav!), which were very helpfully recommended to us by Paul. All in all a fab weekend and we would love to come and stay again soon!! ☺️

We had an amazing stay at this beautifully designed cabin. It’s peaceful, modern, and just a short walk to the stunning West Wittering beach. The open-plan living space was bright and cozy, and the king-size bed was incredibly comfortable. We especially loved the private outdoor decking—perfect for enjoying the sunrise or the sunset. Everything was spotless and well-equipped, making it feel like a true home away from home. Ideal for a romantic escape—highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the cabin. It had everything we needed inside and more, we were welcomed by a hamper of goodies. The private garden was lovely where we enjoyed a BBQ and had visits from the amazing peacocks. The surroundings were peaceful and beautiful. We would love to visit again in the future.

l recommend staying here if you visit the Isle of Wight Very clean and comfortable in a perfect setting. I even got to see a red squirrel 🐿️ it’s also very peaceful and a place to relax. Thank you

We had a lovely time staying at the pod, Richard and Kezia were both very kind, welcoming and helpful. Highlight of the stay was definitely Wilson their beautiful lab. Very pretty views right on your doorstep and very easy accessibility. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back at some point 😊

Amy and Tim's place was perfect for me one night stay. I was participating in the Race to the King 2025 event so needed a nice quiet spot to stay the night. The cabin is very well equipped, it had all the essentials and really clean as well. Amy and Tim also provided additional amenities which was very kind of them. Definitely recommend if you're travelling to Chichester and need accommodation.

Lindsay was a fantastic host! Super friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Recommend a walk to Warsash along the coastal path and catching the ferry to Hamble Le Rice - lots of nice places to eat there. pub in Warsash on harbour has great views. Managed a swim in the pool in the park - £6 for adults, £4 for kids for 1.5 hours. Clubhouse nice for a drink. caravan was very modern and comfortable and in a peaceful spot. Host was very friendly and answered any queries quickly.

Had a great couple nights stay here. The cabin was ideal, Rebecca gave clear instructions, the little bits left towards breakfast were gratefully received. Would happily stay here again the future.

Great spot for a short getaway, not far from London or Guildford, yet feels incredibly secluded and like you are far further afield than you are. The site was comfortable and the features like the sauna and outdoor were a real treat. Frank was always keen to help, assisting with our bags and catering for extra demands like a late check-out. Look forward to returning in the future.

I’ve seen reviews saying that the pictures don’t do Debbie’s place justice and I would say exactly the same thing. The cabin is lovely and cosy, it smelled amazing when we walked in and it was so clean! There were a lot of well thought out extras - the private garden space, with extra blankets and cushions for the chairs. The welcome basket was a lovely touch and the bed was so comfortable. The cabin had everything we needed and with the beach being just a walk down the road away, we were really happy with the location. We had breakfast and dinner in the places Debbie recommended and would also recommend the Beachcomber for brekkie and The Cliff House for dinner. Amazing value for money, we would definitely come back. Thank you for all of your help Debbie and a lovely stay to celebrate our anniversary 🫶🏼
