Beautiful garden cottage only 250m from the beach. Easy walk to cafes, restaurants and the legendary Shoal Bay Country Club. Due to work I can’t be on site at all times to sort out linen. Please bring your own sheet sets and towels, toiletries. I can arrange linen and towels through a 3rd party at an additional cost, just ask and I’ll get you a price. Hope you love the bay as much as I do.

This place was in an amazing location right across from a quiet beach and only a walk away from the centre of town. The accomodation was homely and had had all listed amenities besides maybe the icebox which was a little dirty. Bedrooms and bathroom were clean and tidy. Only downside was that there was some kind of animal droppings in the bbq but can understand since I believe this is a holiday home and maybe was skimmed over between guests. Highly recommend for the price

Sul Mare is an absolutely beautiful place to stay. The house sits a great location with ocean view. Checking in and out was very easy. The house was squeaky clean, everything the bathrooms, the beds, the kitchen, etc. It’s a nice neighbourhood as well; very peaceful. Jaymie was very proactive and left very clear instructions about everything. My family LOVED the house❤️ I would absolutely recommend this home to any visitors to Nelson Bay!

Tropical Oasis in Anna Bay

It’s a comfortable and spacious place in a good location. There are shops in walking distance and so many beaches around. Kitchen is very big and well equipped. Massive TV with Netflix and Disney plus. Trampoline and cubby house in the garden which were great for kids. The fairy lights in the garden were lovely! One bedroom is located outside through the balcony without aircon so it may get hot in hot days but it was ok to sleep with the ceiling fan.
