A full kitchen, laundry, bathroom, outside bath, bbq, firepit, tv, queen bed & fold down sofa bed just to name a few. The Cottage is located at Deviot, 30 minutes drive from Launceston, on 2½ acres of land overlooking the Tamar River giving guests spectacular views of the sun & moonrise.

Craig, Ruth and Stella the dog live in the other half of the house with our own entrance. Plenty of good walks, wineries and museums locally. Decks on both the East and West side of the house so great for sunrise and sunset! A great place to relax!
