The proud area is home to a number of amazing restaurants and shops, including the famous Retro Row. Stroll to the beach in 10 minutes or to the Ebell Club in just 7. This perfect location offers easy access to the Convention Center in Downtown Long Beach and the shops at 2nd Street in Belmont Shore. Being nestled right between Los Angeles and Disneyland makes it a vacationer's dream. A car is recommended, however there are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Uber is also a good option if you plan to stay within Long Beach. Staying here will put you in the middle of everything! Business travelers: Downtown Long Beach, convention center and Long Beach airport are minutes away. You will also be nestled right between both Los Angeles and Orange County, so you get the best of both worlds! Vacationers: You are right near the beach! No parties or events are allowed *Strict quiet time after 10pm sharp *Guests are required to clean-up after themselves when using the front patio & grill We respect the privacy of our guests but are only a phone call or text message away! The cottage is nestled in the quieter, residential area of Belmont Shore and close to Bay Shore Beach. The town’s main street, 2nd Street, is a short walk away with buzzing restaurants, coffee shops, and small boutiques. - Like many other Belmont Shore units, there is no central a/c. However, we have included one portable a/c in the space to be used should it get warm. - There is on-site parking for small to medium-sized vehicles. - There is a shared laundry in the back of the unit ($1.50 each for washer and dryer, please bring quarters). Detergent and fabric softener is provided. - Our unit is equipped with a SmarTV, cable, and Netflix. - The master bedroom includes a new, queen-sized Simmons Beautyrest mattress. - For parents of small children, we provide a Graco pack n’ play, crib sheets, high chair, toddler cups, plates, utensils, and a sound machine.

Beautiful Spanish style home with roof top deck, centrally located in Long Beach. Walking distance to restaurants and shops on retro row, a stones throw to the beach and a short bike ride or drive to Belmont shore and downtown. Our home has kept its old style charm but has all the modern amenities you need. Central AC, washer dryer, & stocked kitchen. We also have beach towels & beach chairs. For families w/ children we can supply a Pack & Play, booster seat, toys, mama roo, and baby brezza.

Charming 1918 apartment with large porch overlooking sidewalk. Great vacation or staycation destination. We're one block to trendy shops, restaurants and pubs. Two short blocks to the beach and miles of walking and biking trails. Close to CSULB, Alamitos Bay, Shoreline Village and Marina, Convention Center, Pine St, The Pike, Retro Row and Belmont Shore. We're less than 25 miles to Disneyland. Staples center is 25 miles away. Boat terminals for Catalina Island and cruise lines are nearby.

Apartment on the boardwalk with an amazing view

Relax and unwind in this unique getaway. Located right on the beach toward the far end of the Peninsula. Beautiful views during the day, sunsets at night. The boardwalk and ocean are right underneath your window. Occasionally you can see dolphins swimming under your window. Walk to the bay side for paddleboarding, swimming. Close to 2nd street and 2nd & PCH for restaurants. Easy access to the marina, Shoreline Village, aquarium, downtown Long Beach, convention center, cruiseship terminal.
