Vacation rentals with beach access in Port Lympia

This apartment was, by far, the most incredible Airbnb rental we have ever rented. We are seasoned travelers, and the serenity and views from this flat, though in a bustling area, were more breathtaking and peaceful than we ever imagined. Our goal is always to find the best view and this did not disappoint —you will not want to leave (even for dinner)! This is the premier location in Nice to be near the old town area, but also closest to the sea. Having three balconies allows you to bring the outside in, but you are high enough from the street that the traffic never posed an issue; I napped in the living room in the afternoon sun while being lulled by the sound of the waves below. It’s a memory I will always cherish. The bedroom is on the other side of the apartment, making for a very peaceful sleep. This apartment is top of the line in finishes and amenities—the kitchen was fully stocked (but who wants to cook on vacation?). Leo and Romain were always responsive! Book this flat!

So happy I stumbled upon Philippe’s place! I was in town for a work trip and came a week early to relax — and this spot was perfect for that. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood just outside the city center, it offered a peaceful escape from tourist crowds. Mont Boron was practically in the backyard, beaches were just a short stroll away, and there was a nearby supermarket that had everything I needed for my stay. The view from the balcony made for stunning morning coffees and breathtaking evening sunsets. It’s in an ideal location — a quick commute into downtown, with easy access to the coastal towns to the east. The bus system is convenient and close by, but I ended up renting a scooter to explore at my own pace, which gave me a real sense of freedom. What you see in the photos is exactly what you get. The apartment was spotless and perfectly sized for one or two people. And Philippe was an absolute delight — one of the best and most helpful hosts I’ve ever had!

Awesome location and beautiful space! Right when you exit, there are so many restaurants and bakeries filled with people. It was a pleasant surprise to find that the loft was so spacious and clean. We would definitely stay again. Only note is that if you have a lot of luggage, there is no elevator and the loft is on the 4th floor, but still well worth it in my opinion :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Great location with prime access to Vieux Nice, while still quiet. Laurent and Julian were very responsive from the moment we booked to when we checked out, and were so helpful with local recommendations and questions! Place was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay.

I had a fantastic stay at Guillaume’s flat in Nice! The location couldn’t be better — just steps away from the Port, with charming cafés, bakeries, and restaurants all around. It’s also a short walk to the Old Town and the beach, which made exploring the city super easy and enjoyable. The flat itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. It had everything I needed — a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy bed, fast Wi-Fi, and even a small balcony to enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. You can tell Guillaume takes great care of the space. Communication was smooth from start to finish. Guillaume was responsive, helpful, and gave great local tips that really made a difference. I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip to Nice. Highly recommended!

Out of all places I have stayed in, this was by far one of the top. It was so beautiful with such a great location to all the amazing sites. This was our first time in the south of France (traveling with a small child) and wanted to stay somewhere beautiful, central and quiet. This was definitely THE place. First I cannot describe how beautiful the house was and it had the most lovely sea view, it was so tranquil. Nathalie was a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome. The nearest sandy beach was about 5-10 min away in either direction. It is 3-5 walk to old town. 10-15min walk to the train station. Antibes is gorgeous and has amazing food/shopping/anything you want. We bought a 7day train pass and went to most of the other local villes and beaches. We had a fabulous vacation and were sad to leave. We would come back and rent this place again in a heart beat! Merci pour tout Nathalie!!!

The apartment was beautiful, with modern and high quality amenities. It had everything and more one may need for a comfortable stay. Laurie was super helpful and communicated very fast, answering all of my questions. It was a really great stay, i would definitely recommend it if you don‘t want to stay in the hustle and bustle of the Nice downtown.

The stay at villa of Dominique and his lovely wife was amazing! The location !! It deserves a separate chapter! Only 12 mins by bus from bustling Nice and you are in your very own little paradise! Everything was thought through to the smallest details. It was by far the best Airbnb experience. I have never felt that welcomed on vacation. You could feel home away from home. You can explore this villa alone all day long, as it is full of beautiful details! Small garden, terrace, hammock…. When you are there - you don’t want to leave .. And you have all the amenities you can only think of. But one thing that stood out the most was HOSPITALITY of Dominique and his wife! Thank you, merci, grazie, дякую! My boyfriend and boy had some fantastic days at Jalils place. They loved the atmospher. Jalil was really sweet and helpful with flexible check out. They will recommend this place a lot. Note they had a car for driving to Cannes and Monaco.

A lovely stay! A large apartment with a beautiful garden. 25 minute walk to a lovely beach and restaurants.

I can’t say enough good things about my stay with Jean-Paul, Natalie, and Axelle! No photo or description can do the view justice - it’s incredible. The apartment itself was super clean and tidy and had some helpful amenities you don’t think of when traveling - including washing machine, an electric kettle, and a really great rain shower :) Would absolutely stay again! Just a note that the trains are about 15/20 minutes away by foot, which was a nice little walk for some but might be challenging for others as there are quite a lot of steps! Don’t let that deter you - it is so worth it!! Axelle was super responsive, helpful, and flexible which made it a completely stress free stay!

John's apartment was the perfect base for a week in the riviera with a young child. We ate breakfast and dinner on the terrace each day, taking advantage of the beautiful view, and finished most days with a dip in the pool. The bus stop outside was ideal for trips to Villefranche, Cap Ferrat, Beaulieu and Monaco, while a short walk past the port took us to the train station for Antibes and Cannes. The apartment was well-appointed, and John was very helpful in coordinating retrieval of a toy our son had dropped onto the balcony below. Alex, the agent, was also on hand to provide local travel advice. One of the best Airbnbs we've stayed in - thanks!

Great place to relax. Rebecca was very communicative, and her cookies were SO DELICIOUS! A very nice treat after many hours of travel. Apartment is clean and has all of the essentials and then some. Would stay here again.

Unlike some Airbnb spaces which can feel quite sterile this place is a stylish and relaxing retreat. The apartment is in the old part of town with nice amenities close by. Being at the top of a building (3 floors up) and at the top of a hill it brings both the benefit of rare panoramic views but also the need to climb steps. We thought this was absolutely a good trade off. The apartment does not come with air-conditioning but the fans in the rooms worked well to make the rooms comfortable, at least during June.

Conor's home is in a beautiful location..close to beach and resturants and shops. house is spacious, clean and with strong ACs (a must have in summer in the region) Conor responds quickly to questions and offers many useful suggestions. if in Villefranche, book Conor's place

Best view. That’s pretty much all you need to know. The place is great - small but compact with everything you need! Just a few min walk to one of the best beaches in the neighborhood, the old town is a 5 min walk away. Plenty of restaurants around. Can’t recommend it enough!

Location perfect, easy to find with parking. Stunning old property, high ceilings with views of the ocean, marina and beach. Amazing interior design throughout the apartment. Absolutely perfect stay! The place was spotless and beautifully maintained. The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to amazing restaurants, shops, and the beach. The view from the balcony was stunning, the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The amenities were top-notch, and everything exceeded expectations.
