This garden guest house apartment is ideal for a couple looking for a getaway, family with kids or a small group of friends. Few steps from the only city centre beach and Euphrasian Basilica in the Historic Centre of Poreč. There is a free parking for a car in the garden - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are allowed with charge of 8 euros per day that is payable upon arrival. Please contact me prior reservation if you have larger pets.

Studio apartment A2 is one of five new modern apartments in Apartments Residence Radovan. This studio apartment is on the ground floor and has its own terrace. Guests can use free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV and a parking space in the private yard. In the kitchen of the studio apartment there is a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, kettle and dishwasher.

The apartment is 54m2, with a fully equipped kitchen and living room in the same big space, a separate bedroom, bathroom and balcony. It is equipped with air-conditioner, satellite TV, WiFi, radio with MP3 player. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

Apartment and small but with well organized spaces and ideal for 4 people. If you want, 6 people can stay there using the double sofa bed in the living area.
