We felt very comfortable in this beautiful vacation home in the wonderful town of Bale. The old town house has been tastefully and high-quality modernized, is sparkling clean and comfortable. The communication with Christine and on site with Iva was very pleasant and helpful. To make it short: A great vacation home that we can recommend without reservation.

Very nice place to unwind and relax. Saša is very friendly and helpful and easy to reach. Accommodation matches the description offers everything you need. I personally was very satisfied and could imagine spending a vacation there again

The apartment was even more beautiful than the Airbnb description and photos. We felt at home straightaway, great location and really well fitted out. Loved the sleeping space, bathroom and terrace.

I've just returned from a 1 week stay and there were 4 adults and 1 baby. The baby room (wasn't on the listing) was excellent and very well equipped and this made our stay so much better. The property was beautiful and well described, but the pictures don't so it justice. The host was lovely and very helpful when we needed her and we will hopefully come and stay again in the future. A floor plan would be even more helpful for future guests because bedrooms on the ground floor and the baby room are big selling points for families or those with disabilities.

The place was very nice. Everything was very clean and tidy. A good location and quiet. Mauro welcomed us personally and showed us the place. He was easily accessible and responded quickly. In addition, Mauro was helpful and very friendly. The property was fenced, but with small dogs you have to put something in front of the gate so that they don't run away. We had a lovely stay and can only recommend the accommodation.

We stayed at this lovely place for a week at the end of May with our dog. Upon arrival, it is a bit hidden, despite the navigation, but the photos from the bird's eye view of Ivan were very helpful and we found it quickly. The dear owner, who lives in the back, welcomed us with nice gifts and would have been there immediately if we had any questions or other needs, but was otherwise very reserved. The house has a good kitchen with everything you need and has a new and very nice bathroom. A wonderful garden and the sea in front of the door, what else could you ask for. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the week

Everything was super nice! We had a great, very relaxing vacation! The welcome and also the farewell were very warm. The place was sparkling clean and tastefully decorated, with everything you could ever need. Absolute privacy in the middle of an olive grove and well located for excursions to the coast, to Pula, Rovenji, Medulin, etc. Supermarkets and restaurants are also very close. (Tip from us: Steak restaurant Šantamarina Premansturska Cesta 157, Pula – 5 minutes by car). The heated pool and the beautiful covered terrace were simply great. Dino came by to clean the pool after prior registration. Communication was excellent, Dino and his wife were very helpful and always responded very quickly. We would come back any time and recommend the accommodation without reservation!!! Thank you again, dear Dino - also to your wife, for this wonderful stay :-)

We had a wonderful stay. The garden is very large and beautifully located and offers plenty of space to relax. The house also offers plenty of space for nice cooking and game evenings. Great terrace. Robert and Sarita are very nice great hosts! We will be back! :)

Six of us spent 1 week in Kurili. We enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful and spacious garden by the pool. The outdoor kitchen was in use almost every day. The house is very nice and decorated with a lot of love. Everything was very clean, the beds comfortable, the kitchen equipment great - we simply lacked nothing! 🤗

Beautiful apartment with a private pool and garden. Perfect location for exploring Istria

We spent our first Istria holidays here as a couple with a small dog. The accommodation was super modern, very spacious and well equipped with everything you need. The outdoor area with beautiful pool and green turnaround was also great and since it was also completely fenced, our small dog was also able to enjoy full freedom. Andreja also left the additional hot tub on the terrace in May at our request, which we appreciated very much, as it was unfortunately too cold due to the weather to bathe in the pool. BBQ an extra plus. You are definitely dependent on a car, but as a starting point it was very great with about a 30-minute drive to Porec and Rovinj and about 40 minutes to Pula. So there is a lot to do in the nearby area, and you can still relax and unwind in this accommodation. We are more than happy to recommend:)

We spent 10 days at the accommodation and were very pleased with our stay. The check-in was super easy and you immediately felt comfortable! The accommodation has everything you need! The highlight is the outdoor area with a great pool, outdoor grill and hammock between the two olive trees. Another highlight is the completely fenced garden, so that our dog could move freely and also enjoyed the accommodation. The only minor suggestion for improvement is the bed, which was too soft for our taste. The accommodation is 100% a recommendation for the region around Medulin.

The place is beautifully decorated. You feel right at home. There is everything you need. The garden is perfect for relaxing. The location of the villa is perfect. You can reach all major cities in less than 30 minutes.

Amazing host, very fast to respond and always ready to help. I stayed for a month and the villa had everything we needed, also had a sea view right from my pillow every morning when I woke up. There is also an amazing restaurant walking distance and a supermarket, although the city is about 20min away

The contact before check-in was always friendly and helpful. The reception on site and the tour of the house was very warm. All rooms were clean and corresponded to the pictures in the description. The garden was huge and just right equipped for children. The pool and terrace were clean and very welcoming. For the children there were also toys in the house. Wood and lighters were available for the indoor and outdoor fireplace. The surroundings were quiet and located in the middle of nature. The grounds were completely fenced and the garden was nicely laid out. The kitchen was great, everything was available. All rooms were modernly decorated and cozy. In the evening, the pool and garden were chicly lit. For questions or the like, the landlady was always available and could help and give tips for things like activities. We would book the house again and again and enjoyed the stay.

Everything is amazing

Gordana and Branko have a wonderful place on a lovely quiet street. It was very clean, spacious and well equipped. It also smelt lovely! I loved it and felt very at home. Gordana was also very kind, thoughtful and helpful. I would definitely go back!

The house is in a very good location in Premantura in the middle of the village. Beautiful house with all the trimmings. The kitchen is very well equipped. The garden and its plants are lovingly laid out and beautiful. It was very nice that Michele showed us which fruits from which shrub we can try, which we then happily did. A downside was the neighbor's accommodation with very loud music in the morning, but of course our landlord can't do anything about it. The path behind the house leads to a Street with a lot of new construction at its ends, a very nice forest area that leads to the sea and is great for the dog. We felt comfortable in the house.

We would like to thank our hosts, Vlatka and Andreas, for the warm welcome. We felt truly cared for during our stay and appreciated the many helpful recommendations on which beaches to visit. The accommodation was lovely — we especially enjoyed the terrace and small garden, all on one level with no stairs, which made everything comfortable and accessible. We took advantage of the paddle board and kayak rentals, which added many beautiful memories to our trip. The area is peaceful, and the walk to the sea — about 10 minutes downhill along a road — was easy even with small children. One of our favorite moments was relaxing on the terrace in the evening, under a sky full of stars, with the fresh summer air and complete tranquility. We would love to return one day. We truly felt at home.

Great place to stay . Close to a beach and a bus ride into town with a restaurant opposite . all so very user friendly .

Natalija was a warm and friendly informative host. Very friendly. She treated us with a bottle of wine and lent us some balsamic vinegar when we needed it. We had a great time while there!

It was a small beautiful apartment exactly as described in the listing. The small beach nearby was not appealing to us, but everything was within 15 minutes by car, whether beaches, restaurant, shopping, etc. We were allowed to use the garden, which also offers a lot for children. Marija has always been helpful and helped us with every concern and gave us tips for the area (even created a booklet with all the information). I can definitely recommend the apartment!

Place was fantastic, centrally located yet peaceful and quiet to stay in. The outdoor terrace was fantastic and definitely a nice surprise as I didn't realise it had this. Frank was a very responsive host and even let us check in earlier as we had an early flight. Overall I cannot recommend this place enough, when I come back to Pula I will definitely stay in the same place again.
