Vacation rentals with beach access in Polignano a Mare

Great! The host was very friendly— provided you with local parking and a parking pass as well as picks you up and transports you to and from the home. The host also provided us with a complementary bottle of wine and snacks. The location is 10/10. AC worked very well. The location is above a busy restaurant. Bring ear plugs because the weekends are busy— however, the noise was not an issue at all for us. People who complained about the noise just were not prepared. We had a wonderful stay at Giovanna's. The apartment was much bigger than expected and light and airy. The terrace out from the living space was amazing! You can just relax by staying in and having a nice glass of wine with a good book to read. We ate in for lunch and a couple of times made dinner because the terrace was so comfortable. There are 64 steps to get up to the apartment but it's well worth the climb. The apartment is central to everything. It is situated in the old Town which has little quirky streets with shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend Giovanna's place to stay, you won't be disappointed! Lucia is a great host who left us very clear instructions and local recommendations. She is very quick with replying which is a great plus! It was also possible and easy to schedule late check-in. The location is great, 5 mins by foot from very beautiful beach. Appartment is also amazing, all according to description, can comfortably hold up to 4 people if you’re ok with two of them sleeping on a sofa bed (v comfortable one). I liked the addition of small pantry products such as salt/pepper/balsamico/basilico/tea which is sometimes missing when u want to enjoy a homemade meal in holiday appartment. Once again, grazie mille Lucia!

Massimo is an amazing host and his place is absolutely gorgeous. If I could give 10 stars I would. Totally faultless and made our stay so pleasurable. The accommodation is authentic, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean with modern touches. Everything you need and a very comfortable bed. Honestly there is nothing to complain about. The location is perfect - walking distance from everything and very quiet. Massimo went above and beyond as a host in recommendations from boat tours to restaurants and even making some bookings for us. Would 100 percent recommend this as a perfect place to stay in Polignano a Mare.

11/10 spot! Amazing location, incredibly friendly staff (Maira was so lovely), beautiful views. We had a fabulous stay with our 2 kids and would book again in a heartbeat. We miss it already!!!! Really walkable and in the mix but also had privacy. Truly a perfect experience.

The stay was absolutely perfect! The place was super clean, lovingly decorated and exactly as described. The location is perfect in the center of the old town. The hostess was very helpful – we were able to check in earlier. We'd love to come back anytime!

We had the most wonderful time staying in Monopoli. The photos really do not do the view from the rooftop justice, we could not believe that was where we were going to be staying when we went up there for the first time!!! It is stunning. The apartment was spotlessly clean, great location and Guiseppe was incredible friendly and super responsive. We would absolutely stay again!!

Staying at Piero's gave us the perfect experience of Monopoli. It is in the heart of the old town, has views of the Port and within a 15 minute walk to the train station. Piero was a wonderful host and the property was perfect for our 5 night stay.

The stay at this place was fantastic! This is a small house on 4 floors with lots of charm and character. It is located in an idyllic setting, a stone's throw from the sea, near a place where the notion of "Dolce vita" takes on its full meaning. The accommodation was very well equipped and we slept like kings! Love the terrace at the top, ideal for beautiful summer evenings.

Luigi’s place was wonderful. We greatly appreciated the well stocked kitchen that included bottled water, yogurts, cookies, and many other goodies to enjoy. The location is great. Very close to the center of the action but far enough to be super peaceful. Note, there are steep stairs particularly to the second bedroom. We didn’t have any problem with it but it’s not for everyone. If we are back in Ostuni, I’d love to stay back at this home.

Wim’s place is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a family vacation. It was nice to be away from people and to finally relax. Stefania was kind, helpful, and personable. The home offered what we all needed. We cooked the majority of our meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. Wim was proactive, and provided a complete guide to all things Puglia. Unplugged and unwinding is the way of life in Serranova.

Excellent Airbnb in Monopoli! It is even more beautiful than the pictures. Perfect location, right in the center of town and walkable to everything. Host was incredibly nice. We will definitely stay here again when we return.

We had a wonderful stay in Liliana's appartement. It's close to the historical center, shops and the beaches. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay a few days to visit Monopoli.

Spectacular!!! Perfect apartment, super well decorated, impeccable in every detail!!! Ideal location, in the heart of downtown Monopoli, with access to the best bars, restaurants and boat trips. All within meters. Anna was extremely helpful, kind and polite. Basic items like coffee, Water, soda and cookies were available to make the stay easier. I could easily stay the whole month in Monopoli, in this apartment.

Can't say enough about how nice Andrea was. He met us at the street and had saved us a parking space close to the apartment. Walked us the short distance to the apartment and gave us a tour of the place. He provided the best welcome package of any of the places we stayed on this trip. Water, snacks, a huge bowl of fresh fruit and a bottle of Proseco. He's a laid back, kind person and wants his guests to have a good time. He also sent us on our way with three bags of tasty local treats AND a cute little jar that per local custom is supposed to bring good luck. It definitely worked as I had misplaced my wallet and had turned the place upside down looking for it before he arrived. Within five minutes of receipt of the jar of luck, my wallet was found!! Thanks Andrea! Regarding the apartment, it has good AC, a nice little balcony from the top floor and all necessary kitchen items. The unit is spread out on four floors, so you'll get your steps in. All in all a great stay in Bari

This apartment was exceptional. Very well thought out. Really well equipped and lacked nothing. There is lovely art on the walls. Eva was a pleasure to deal with, had great advice and recommendations. It is located slightly (10 mins) from the old town and we preferred this, to be in a characterful neighbourhood with loads of local cafes bars and restaurants. We had a great time

We had a truly wonderful stay at Vincenzo's place for two nights in early May. The apartment is beautiful, light and airy and the terrace overlooking the sea a great place to relax. The bed was super comfy, and we loved listening to the waves at night! Water, oil, balsamic and some nibbles supplied, a Nespresso style coffee maker (and a small Italian coffee maker) and a few coffee pods. Everything was clean and fresh, we didn't cook but there was ample equipment. There are two flights of steep and narrow stairs from the street. With small cases we found it difficult to get them up the stairs without banging the walls, it would be tricky with a large suitcase. There is another flight of narrow stairs from the bedroom/bathroom level to the kitchen, then one double height step to the terrace. This was not a problem for us but could be difficult for anyone with limited mobility. Anna was really responsive and helpful with local suggestions and well spoken English.

Piermario and Antonio are exceptional hosts. We had a very good welcome with the presentation of the accommodation which is wonderfully equipped, everything was planned to feel at home. Small culinary touches awaited us, two bikes that we used almost every day to go to the covered market or to the train station to take the train, or to go to the beach, not to mention the small inner courtyard, a real little gem. They thought of everything including the barbecue. You won't want to leave once you're there. The geographical location is ideal with transport nearby and shops, restaurants etc. They are very responsive as soon as a small problem arises. We only have one desire, and that's to go back. Rossellas house is located within walking distance (approx. 10 minutes) from Castro Maria. The house features two beedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area and several terraces overlooking the see. When longing for a swim in the see you can go to Cala dell´Acquaviva which is a small but very lovely beach located just a few minutes from Rosellas house. At Cala dell´Acquaviva you find a kiosk and a very good restaurant. You can also go to Castro Marina where the old harbour has been turned into "swimming-area". Longing for more urban activites, you will reach Lecce be car in approx. 40 minutes.

Lovely place with a great view.

The city is exciting and the accommodation allows you to walk through all the central points with tranquility at any time. Market next door, proximity to the center and a beautiful waterfront! We went by car to visit neighboring cities and it was essential to rent the garage separately with Vito, it is almost impossible to park in the neighborhood (the spaces are reserved for residents or non-existent). I emphasize that the house is a unique environment with a partition between bedroom and living room. Vito offers a special check-in and guides you on the main tours, restaurants and reservations.

Clean & well kept condo. Great communication & host. Parking can be a challenge.
