We've stayed in Jean's apartment a number of times and have always found it warm and comfortable, with lots of light in the rooms and a very well stocked kitchen including supplied food items (bread, variety of cereals, fruit, eggs, yogurt, milk, teas, etc.). Also, comfortable beds with electric blankets, central heating and book, magazines, TV (with Netflix) and board games. We would highly recommed Jean's place!

The hospitality of this locations was unbeatably unmatched and felt more personal and accommodating than hotels. From the locatiom being incredibly well put together with its impeccable interior design, it becomes clear the place is a passion project more than anything. I couldn't sing my praises high enough for the cleanliness, comfort, convenience, amenities, services and incredible standard of hospitality set by this one visit. My stay was absolutely incredible and would highly highly reccomend it in future.

Great value for money, the QT hotel is just down the road, but much preferred the space and amenities available in the apartment. Plus the price was much better. Beautifully styled with quality inclusions. Location was fantastic, we took bicycles and thoroughly enjoyed the harbour and coastal tracks.

A comfortable apartment within walking distance of bars and restaurants. Nicole is an excellent and thoughtful host and we highly recommend the apartment.

Such a wonderful stay! Perfect location to take in beach walks, kiosk stops, wine breaks and incredible natural sights. Janet was an incredible host that gave us tips for the area and responded super quickly when the bluetooth speaker wasn't working, and rectified it with a new speaker within minutes. Everything was done discreetly and although the accomodation is next to the main house, it is absolutely private. The accomodation itself has the highest quality finishes and details, with the bathroom and kitchen the equivalent to what you would. build for yourself if you had a handsome budget. A washer/dryer and dishwasher were added bonuses as were the provisions for a quick breakfast and afternoon drink. The view from the balcony was better than the photos and even though it was Winter we were able to sit out and take in the morning sun. Can't recommend this accomodation enough!

We had a great time with our 18 month daughter. It was a fantastic location and easy to get to everything we needed.

The group and I really enjoyed the stay, the host was very responsive and flexible with our needs and requests. We felt warm and welcome when we checked in, they even gave us a bottle of wine! We also enjoyed the game room and the kitchen facility. Highly recommended staying at this property next time you go to Hunter.

We loved our stay! Perfect location for a weekend of wineries and lots of space for babies and dogs to explore. We would love to come back and stay again :)

Flamingo House is cute, cosy and comfortable. Has everything you need in abundance. Cessnock is lovely and the house suits the area. Thank you for sharing it - we had a lovely adventure.

Beautifully furnished and equipped home in a great location for exploring the Hunter Valley. Yon & Pamela are friendly, responsive hosts with lots of great winery and restaurant recommendations. Really enjoyed our stay!

The check-in process was seamless, and the host was communicative, friendly, and respectful of privacy. The space itself was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked with essentials. What really stood out was the attention to detail. Small touches like fresh towels, local guidebooks. Absolutely loved this stunning home Impeccably clean and meticulously maintained, The beds were incredibly comfortable and smelled wonderfully fresh - a perfect haven for a restful night's sleep. We loved staying at David and Shiran’s place. If you have kids this is the perfect place to be able to unwind while they have a plethora of options for entertainment. David and Shiran were super friendly, kind, helpful, very quick to respond and lovely to deal with - they welcomed our dog also, who adored the property. The house was very cozy and spacious and the block of land was beautiful. Loved waking up to the cows next door, opening the door and letting the kids take off! Finally, the wine and snores that were left were very thoughtful and we all really enjoyed sitting by the fire outside and toasting our marshmallows under the full moon. Will be staying again for sure.
