Outside a spacious backyard with BBQ and firepit. A twenty-minute stroll along the promenade will lead you to our historic lighthouse, shops, cafes and wine bar (a couple of minutes if by car). My house located in a beautiful lakeside, and it is only 5 min drive to the Point Lonsdale beach and lighthouse. Take a short stroll to the local cafe. Ride your bike in the endless Bellarine bike paths. Visit the various wineries around, or wander to the many nature reserves in the Bellarine.

The Lake House" is on Blue Waters Lake. The unit is on the bottom level of the house with fabulous views and direct access to the lake and walking track. Infants and children are not offered accommodation due to the proximity to the lake. It consists of a modern, spacious living room with kitchenette, bedroom and ensuite. There is a beautiful garden with an outlook over the lake and an alfresco with a BBQ for guests to use. Kerrie lives upstairs. Sorry, no early check ins.☺️

Sea is 50 metres ! front apartment of 2 in a Fishermans cottage in the Historic harbour area of Queenscliff. You can see, smell and hear the sea from all rooms. It has a private garden, kitchen/lounge/dining room ,a large private verandah ,adjoining the queen bedroom. Wood fire is set and ready to light with plenty of wood - very cosy for nights in ! No need for a car as the marina, village, Blues train,ferry, beach are an easy walk.
