Waterfront vacation rentals in Poggio-Mezzana

We had small bugs on arrival, but Mélanie was responsive and the concierge intervened quickly, so no problem! The residence is indeed very well maintained, clean, beautiful (note that lawns are prohibited but there is the beach and a children's park in front of the residence). The proximity to the pool (clean, with a large children's pool), and the beach (small beach with little maintenance) are really royal. The accommodation is clean, pleasant and well-equipped. Exactly what we needed with our two children who are almost 2 years old!

Jacques-Philippe rents a beautiful apartment in the middle of the action. The communication with him went great. To explore Bastia for a few days, the apartment is perfect. A parking garage is nearby, as well as a supermarket for the basics in the apartment.

The place was very nice, clean and exactly as pictured. Armelle was a very friendly host who was very helpful and always responded quickly to questions. Even when there was a small problem inside the apartment, they responded quickly. We are more than satisfied

Beautiful home! & excellent communication with host

Excellent place to stay right in the center of town, just steps from the old and gorgeous harbor with all of its bars and restaurants. Located next to a historic church, it's so delightful to hear the church bells. And the bedroom is so nice and quiet in the back of the apartment, far from any noise or natural light. I highly recommend this for a wonderful stay in Bastia.

Sébastien's accommodation is a little gem, perfectly located, close to the sea, shops, restaurants etc. the accommodation is ideal, there is everything you need, and also very good for a 2 and a half year old child. The sunny terrace and its barbecue won us over!! Sébastien was very available and accommodating, thank you again, thanks to you we had a wonderful vacation! We'll be back! We felt like we had landed in a little paradise. The accommodation with a spacious terrace is quite charming and the small gazebo overlooking the sea is the icing on the cake. Communication with Pascal was great and very fast. If we go to Corsica again, then definitely here again.😊

We were allowed to spend 10 days at the property in October. 2 adults, 2 10 year old children. It was all as described. Apartment and kitchen well equipped, comfortable beds, welcome gift, friendly neighbors, good opportunities for sports (sea, volleyball, football, table tennis, boules, jogging, hiking). Instruction and communication went smoothly. It has two beaches, on the small you were always alone, on the big one rarely other people. We can recommend the place 100%!

The bungalow is perfect for those looking for a few days at the beach in maximum serenity and comfort. The clean beach with a transparent sea can be reached by walking a few hundred meters along a very pleasant path. Walking along the shore you can reach at least four restaurants and bistros by the sea. Our accommodation had a lovely garden where you can find shade at all hours of the day. Marie France and Bruno are attentive, discreet, helpful hosts.

I stayed in this studio for 5 weeks!! It was perfect, it had everything you needed in the apartment. Regarding the place, it is close to many shops, such as supermarkets, bakeries, Corsican grocery stores, and also close to Bastia. I recommend it:)

Laurent is a great landlord. Not only were we able to check in earlier, but we were also greeted with Corsican delicacies. The apartment itself is beautiful, you immediately feel comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. The small garden oasis is really fantastic. The beach is within walking distance in a few minutes, spacious, very quiet. We had a great vacation and would love to come back 😊

Anthony's accommodation is in a great location for visiting Cape Corsica and Bastia and is located right in front of the beach. The apartment is very spacious, clean and also equipped with a balcony, the bathroom is spacious and modern, and there is also a parking lot reserved for condominiums. Anthony is a very responsive host, he provided us with precise directions to the accommodation and was flexible with check-in and check-out times. Super recommended!

We chose this location for its proximity to Bastia and Cap Corse, and also for its beachfront location. All was true; we were satisfied, able to see Haute-Corse from there and enjoy short swims before or after our voyages. I want to separately comment on the communication with Millie La Conciergerie, which was always quick, meaningful, and respectful.

We really appreciated the flexibility regarding check-in and check-out times, as well as the small welcome gift. Small details that make a difference.
