The house is located on the Costa Verde, 25 minutes from Bastia airport, ideally located to visit the main attractions of Corsica. The residence built in 2021 is independent, adjoining another cottage, with a living area of 100 m2, it can accommodate 8 people. It has a 35 m2 terrace lined with oak trees with barbecue, deckchairs and garden furniture. The beach is 900 m away. Bakery and restaurants 1.5 km away.

The BENOA villa is composed of 3 beautiful 13 m² bedrooms, one including shower room, toilet and private dressing room, the other two bedrooms will have a shared shower room with toilet. The equipped kitchen opens onto the living room of about 60 m2 with living room, dining room. Outside, you will find a beautiful 70 m² terrace with 2 garden lounges, a gas plancha and 4 deckchairs. The pool is 8 m x 4 m.

Free parking spaces in the streets near the accommodation or GAUDIN parking (for a fee) just 50 m away.

On the heights of Saint-Florent, under eucalyptus and umbrella pines, with a fantastic view over the bay. A 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms apartment opened on a terrace on the bay. Very quiet and zen environment with non smoking in the apartment and on the terrace. For 4 personnes and 3 children. No smoking area inside the apartment and in the terraces.
