Simon and Chiara are great hosts, perfect communication, they waiting us later evening in the house, every day Chiara prepare and bring super breakfast, give to us a lot useful informations about trips. Apartment is clean, very cozy, with air conditioning - we need heating every day, was cold weather during the night. Finally view from the balcony is amazing, I never forgot morning coffee on this place. Definitely I can recommended this place, we would like come back. Thanks Chiara and Simon

My family and I stayed at the villa for 4 days. Maria Laura welcomed us by showing us the house and recommending places to visit during the stay. She was welcoming and immediately available for any request. The house is beautiful, equipped with every comfort, clean and well heated. From the garden you can admire Monte Terminillo in all its glory. The area is well sheltered and quiet, ideal for a relaxing vacation. We felt right at home and hope to be back soon.

Luigi’s place felt like a little paradise off the beaten track, a really charming place. The village itself is very idyllic and is located in the dreamy valley, perfect for a recluse holiday. The flat has everything one needs and the little garden is a nice space to rest. Luigi was a very warm and welcoming host - made sure we had everything we needed and was very attentive.

The apartment is exactly as described, very clean and quiet. We immediately felt comfortable there. Gennaro is very friendly and accommodating, and communication went smoothly. Nearby there is everything you need: supermarkets, bakery, restaurant, etc. There are also good train connections (to Rome and/or other destinations), the train station is about 15 minutes' walk. Absolutely recommend, happy to come again!
