Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. In my family house I rent just this apartment.We organize the transportation of guests from the airport to the apartment and back, as well as excursions according to the wishes of the guests.There is also an extra bed for 2 guests in the living room.

Rooftop Apartment with stunning view

House is placed on a little hill and environment is very peaceful, it has great view (mountains on the north and sea and islands on the south) and its 600 m from the main road and buss station and about 800 m from the sea. There are plenty sports activities that You can do in close range (hiking, biking, diving, golf, tennis, zipline, canyoning) and also there are many Restaurants and Bars along the beach. If you want to visit Split it will only take You 15 min with bus to get there.

A wooden table is set on a peaceful pier, accompanied by two folding chairs. Glasses of sparkling beverages are present alongside a pitcher, complemented by soft blankets draped over the chairs. The calm water reflects the warm hues of a setting sun.

Directly on the beach. This is our new listing, but in my profile you can see my old listing with hundreds of 5* reviews. Perfect place for any time of year and great location for explore the area. It is comfortable ap, new and adapted to modern guests, but has kept the charm of old fisherman s house. You can see the sea from your bed and fall asleep with the sound of waves. Few min walk to restaurants, shops and 15min bus or car drive to old town of Split.

There is beautiful house in small place Podstrana near Split( 9 km) It is situated behind poplular hotel Le Meridien,5 minutes to the beach(shortcut without crossing the road ,only with stairs.The exit to the beach is through the tunnel below the main road).Apartment is renovated (2019.)Apartment consist 2 bedrooms,1 bathroom,living room with sofa bed,kitchen and dinning room.There is balcony with a beatiful view .
