This self contained annex is situated in quiet suburb of Nottingham. With a huge Lounge dinning room That has a large flat screen TV and with two sets of french doors leading onto its own patio looking over the Garden. A fully equipped Kitchen a hallway with a shower room downstairs. Up stairs you will find a large double bedroom with a Tv on the wall and plenty of storage and an en suite which comprises of a toilet and sink. All done to a high specification with under floor heating down stair

Totally separated from main house with a modern kitchenette, a comfy double bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower and underfloor heating. Ideal for an individual or for a couple to have a nice short stay. It has a smart TV, wi-fi, central heating, micro,fridge, toaster and kettle. Has not got oven, hob, freezer, washer and dishwasher. Unfortunately not suitable for babies or children to stay. There is a roundabout almost in front.

Basils Barn is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. The bedroom is directly attached to Basils stable, where there is a doorway in between the two spaces. In the paddocks we also have a herd of Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses, pigs, chickens and Norwegian Forrest cats. Our animals are mostly rescued and all of our animals are kept strictly as pets.

What a fabulous place to stay. Beautiful surroundings. The cottage was perfect, clean, cosy and tasteful decor. Susan and Paul were perfect hosts and very friendly. The cooked breakfast was delicious. Susan welcomed us with a pot of tea and yummy lemon drizzle cake. The shame of it was that we were only having a one night stay. 100% recommend.

We had an excellent stay when we were visiting nottingham for a friend’s wedding. Adam was a great host and went the extra mile, allowing us to check in early so we could get ready and letting us know there was an iron and ironing board there in case we needed it! Studio C was the perfect spot for us, it had everything we needed and more, everything felt fresh and it had a lovely feel to it - sooo much nicer than being in a hotel. Thanks so much for making us feel so welcome!

Our stay at Rosemary’s was absolutely fantastic! We stayed for one night as we were attending a wedding at The Carriage Hall. Rosemary very kindly offered us a lift to the venue, saving us the trouble of getting a taxi! Upon arrival, Rosemary was stood outside to welcome us in, with her being the friendliest host I have ever stayed with. She gave us a tour of the space and made sure to let us know where everything was. The space was clean and cosy with a lovely conservatory that catches the sun nicely. The garden is well kept and beautiful with lots of flowers, if we had more time, we would have definitely made more use of this! The morning after, Rosemary very kindly made us a delicious continental breakfast - which was well needed after a busy night celebrating! We had a lovely chat :) Rosemary is a fantastic host and the space is absolutely lovely. Highly recommend and would most definitely stay here again! Thanks again Rosemary!

Just had a wonderful long weekend at Hillside Farm. The house & its location were perfect for us as we were visiting Nottingham for the weekend. Lots of space inside & out. The hot tub was a hit as was the games room. Perfect for relaxing after a long weekend at a sports tournament. Highly recommend this place.
