The house is modern and situated on the wonderful Ile Grande, by the sea, facing Aval island, neear Perros Guirec, Ploumanach and Tregastel. The main room benefits from a sea view thanks to large windows. The private garden surrounds the house. Take your time and enjoy the comfort of a modern house and an ideal location on the "cote de granit rose", between Tregastel, Ploumanach, Perros-Guirrec and Trebeurden. The sea side walking path going round the island, and the beach are next to the house.

Gîte de Lezenor

Lezenor was a traditional Breton farm. You will stay in the renovated house, in the countryside, in a very quiet hamlet. The sea is very close: 3 km GR 34: 5 km from the Yaudet site: 8 km from the port of Locquémeau: 10 km from the bay of Saint Efflam: 15 km from the Pink Granite coast and many other places that we will be happy to show you. Lannion and its large Thursday market are within walking distance (30 min). You will find a hypermarket 1 km away and our home 400 m away.

Accommodation equipped with recent quality materials and furniture to guarantee your comfort. Wi-Fi access will also allow you to stay in touch with loved ones. Possibility to park 2 motor vehicles in the driveway of the property. Shops nearby.

Detached house with equipped kitchen, TV in the living room and in the bedroom. Staircase access to the bedroom ( not accessible to people with disabilities) Perros-Guirec, Ploumanac'h, Trégastel and Trébeurden accessible, 15 minutes by car, the entire coast of Granit Rose to discover, it's just very beautiful. There is also the whole side of Port Blanc, Plougrescant, the abyss. We don't work with the lockbox system, We accept flexibility. Thank you for your respect

House of 1800 whose renovation was completed in April 2020. It is ideally located 500m from a dynamic village that offers many shops and services (bakeries, supermarket, fishmonger, deli, doctors, dentist, pharmacy...). It is located 3km from the sea and the beach (accessible by a greenway), in a quiet environment. Many activities (sports, cultural, historical) are possible on the Pink Granite Coast: trail, kayak, surfing, hiking...

Maison de vacances

Small house close to all amenities 5 min from the beautiful air area food trade, clothing, pharmacy.... 10 min from the beaches and downtown Lannion. The house is located in the same courtyard as our personal house, you will have a lawn area (common) behind the house with games for children. We have a baby crib, changing table, and high chair. We offer a linen option at 10 euros per bed (with towels) if desired.

La maison Folgalbin

The Folgalbin house is a peaceful and pleasant place, close to the sea. It offers many services such as two paddles, a plancha, Wi-Fi, Netflix... all in a small country house with terrace. It has two bedrooms. A real closed bedroom and another "open" one on the mezzanine. (see pictures) The nearest beaches are within a 10-minute drive. Shops nearby (bakery, caterer, Super U, tobacco, florist...) 50 m2 house.
