Great house for family gatherings. Has everything you need and more.

Beautiful house with outdoor pool. Well-equipped and comfortable, it is perfect for a large group (there were 8 of us). We particularly enjoyed the bathrooms in each bedroom. The host is very friendly and flexible. The neighborhood is quite sensitive to noise.

Beautiful house with beautiful sea views, just above the shopping district of Mielles. Small steep path to quickly reach the beach and shops. Large garden and quiet terrace not overlooked. Very pleasant house to share for 12 - very comfortable bedding, friendly and well-equipped living space. Sandrine is welcoming and very accommodating. We recommend the address.

Impeccable stay. We were 14 adults in the cottage and the 3 guest rooms located right next door. The place is secluded and peaceful but easy to find. Large property that matches the photos perfectly. No complaints.

We had an absolutely wonderful long weekend in May in this house which far exceeded our expectations. Everything is designed for comfort and pleasure: the pool and play areas made our children happy, and the quality outdoor facilities allowed us to enjoy real moments of relaxation. The house is nestled in a peaceful oasis, with a splendid view a few steps away, while being ideally located near the Breton seaside resorts. A perfect setting for a family looking to combine tranquility and discoveries. A huge thank you to Alexandra and Julien for their warm welcome, availability and kindness, which greatly contributed to the success of this stay. We highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at Marie's. Very good hosting. The listing fits perfectly with the listing description. The kitchen is very well equipped, it's like home! It's a little haven of peace! We had a pleasant stay In Erquy. The location and services are quality. Only downside, the basement of the house is also rented without the listing specifying it, and we did not have hot water for the last 2 days without the problem being resolved.

This is a wonderful Airbnb. The view is fantastic, you can see and hear the ocean and the beach is a short walk away down a path. It’s a perfect place for a peaceful holiday. The host was friendly and helpful and everything was clean and tidy. We had some lovely meals at the local crepery. Highly recommended!

Emmanuelle's house is a true earthly paradise. Photos aren't enough to convey the beauty of the place. Both the inside and out are beautiful. All the rooms of the house allow you to admire a breathtaking landscape, which changes continuously with the rhythm of the tides. This is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful views of the coast. The interior is carefully decorated and tastefully furnished. The house is super equipped (appliances, dishes, kitchen utensils, children's games, etc.). It offers absolute comfort, unlike many vacation homes, where you can only find the essentials. The maintenance is perfect and the cleanliness exemplary. Nearby are all the useful shops for shopping and Paimpol is a five-minute drive. Emmanuelle was an exceptional host.

Beautifully tastefully decorated house, very spacious and functional. Everything was in new condition and very clean. Ideal for two couples. Nice little private terrace with BBQ area, unfortunately with a little traffic noise inside the village but not disturbing. Area is beautiful . There are nice coastal villages not too far away. We really enjoyed our stay.
