Beautiful modern apartment in a good location in Perros-Guirec. Quiet, large bathroom and sea view from the living room. The balcony overlooks the sea but also the road.

We had a great time at this little place that has everything a big one has! Cleanliness, comfort and of course a perfect setting for our stay as a couple. We were able to enjoy the walkable beach and terrace, it was perfect. Audrey, co-host, was responsive when we needed it, thank you so much. The sofa bed was really great, it was my only concern and I wasn't disappointed. We'll probably come back if we come back to the area and we'll share the address without any problems. ☺️ Small cocoon highly recommended for your stay on the pink granite coast!

good place to stay nearby the sea

The studio had everything you might need. The view is awesome. The village is cozy, all amenities are available with nice shops, restaurants and terraces. Nearby is a lot to see.

My stay in Charlotte and Yves' studio went very well. I was well looked after; the studio is very nice, pleasant, in line with the descriptions and very well located, at the entrance to Renote Island which is sumptuous. The entire pink granite coast is on either side of the accommodation. I'll be happy to go back.

Very nice accommodation, great location, parking in front, clean, well-equipped... a small complaint about the sofa bed, about the mattress being too thin and therefore uncomfortable. i recommend it .

Beautiful, charmingly furnished apartment with 2 bedrooms and kitchen living room. Beautiful balcony with sun with sea view. In shared bicycle shed downstairs is limited space for 1 to 2 bicycles. A few great restaurants around the apartment complex, including 1 right under you. Bakery around the corner. nice and attentive host, you pick up the key in the center of the village (about 1.5 km further). Recommended

The accommodation offered by Arnaud and Hélène has exceptional views of the port, the bay of Locquirec both from the outdoor terrace and inside whether you are in the living room or around the dining room table. The petanque court is a real plus for enjoying moments with family or friends. The beach is really very close by foot and very nice. The bedding is extremely comfortable. I would 200% recommend this house to fully enjoy North Finistère.

The house was perfect for our stay. the sea is visible from the large living room windows and from both bedrooms. It's so close to the sea you can hear the waves. There is a footpath along the coast you can take, and it's walkable to the nearest beach, where there's a restaurant/cafe serving delicious food. A beautiful spot and a lovely house.

We are delighted with our stay. ☺️ Sylvaine is responsive, available and very welcoming. Check-ins and checkouts are facilitated via a lockbox. The accommodation was great, very clean on arrival, tidy and very functional. All just a short walk from the beach 👍 we went every night to see the sunset over the port of Locquémeau. In short, everything was perfect and we'll be happy to go back. 😊

Lovely place to discover the pink granite coast. The beach is right next door. A very nice welcome from Bénédicte, real moments of discussion and sound advice. In short, an enchanting stay in the May sun. We highly recommend it!

Great stay in Saint Michel on strike, the accommodation is very functional and convenient! There is enough to make a barbecue and raclette, Pellet stove in addition to the chilly, the accommodation is welcoming. The location is great, not far from village to visit like Loquirec or Loquemeau, for hikes it is located at the beginning of the pink granite coast. I recommend!!!

I stayed in the house with my 2 dogs for 14 days. It was great. Communication was very friendly, fast and straightforward. The house, the location, the garden was perfect. I felt very comfortable. Stay in a nice apartment, well-equipped, with a beautiful sea view. Drinks available in the fridge upon arrival. Thank you for your attention. Private parking space appreciated. Several tourist destinations within 1 hour of the apartment recommended by Hervé and Sylvie. Small bonus: very good creperie at the bottom of the residence.

Emilie's place is in a fantastic location...just above a bay, with morning sun for breakfast on the terrace. We would have liked to have stayed a little longer.

Well appointed and well-equipped apartment. Proximity to the city center. Very nice terrace. The plus, a parking space in the basement. The kitchen equipment is quite complete.
