This is a penthouse located on the third floor, featuring: • 2 bedrooms with king-size beds • Living and dining area • Smart TV, A/C, and Wi-Fi • Kitchen with basic utensils and a jug of drinking water • Bathroom with hot water (20L capacity) • Safe box • Balconies and a rooftop terrace The property is owned by my mom, Pia.
