Sol Dorado 5 is just a 5-minute walk from the Ultramar ferry terminal. This is a penthouse located on the third floor, featuring: • 2 bedrooms with king-size beds • Living and dining area • Smart TV, A/C, and Wi-Fi • Kitchen with basic utensils and a jug of drinking water • Bathroom with hot water (20L capacity) • Safe box • Balconies and a rooftop terrace The property is owned by my mom, Pia. Sliders open to your private pool and additional half bath. No need for a golf cart here, as you can walk one block to Playa Norte or around the corner to Hidalgo.

Casa Beatriz is my grandparents' and my mother's house, now I'm the one who enjoys it and I love sharing this little corner with you. I'm a local on the island, I assure you that I'll make you feel welcome and at home. Enjoy this corner one street from Playa Norte. The island can sometimes be very quiet, and other times very cheerful. But I assure you that it is in an ideal location to get to know the island. With the scorching heat of summer, you won't need a taxi, bus, or car rental.
