Next to the Arenal Beach, the surroundings are very pleasant, ideal for strolling around the natural park of El Clot or The Marina. The Desierto de Las Palmas and the Maestrazgo offer the possibility to enjoy the mountains in just under half hour´s drive. Valencia and Peñíscola are also less than 1 hour, and Castellón and Villarreal are both 15 minutes. You will enjoy a very cozy home. Ideal for couples with or without children, groups of up to 3 or 4 friends, all welcome.

A bright and very cozy apartment, located in a quiet area, 50 meters from the beach. A few minutes walk away there is a pizzeria, a bakery, a cafeteria, a couple of beach bars and a rice restaurant. Most of these services are only available in summer. I have two adult bikes for rent. It's a third floor walkup. Completely renovated in April 2023. Registered as a tourist residence in the Valencian Community with the number VT-43444-CS.
