The spacious and quiet bedroom on the 2nd floor features a French-made luxuriously comfortable king size bed (180cm) complete with the finest feather and hypoallergenic (upon request) bedding, built in closet, oak chest of drawers and a full length floor mirror. The ultra contemporary ensuite bathroom is decorated in calming hues of gray and beige, has a rain shower, toilet, sink and a towel heater. The apartment has an interior stairway from the living/dining room to the bedroom/bathroom and therefore may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. 3. This apartment can only comfortably accommodate 3 people. Children above the age of 12 years old are welcome. 4. While the kitchen is very well equipped, there is no dishwashing machine.

Very cozy tiny house in Denfert-Rochereau, a historical district in Paris. The 28m2 studio is located in the inner courtyard of the building. It was recently refurbished. It is an ideal studio for 2 people and for working remotely. The neighborhood is friendly, many shops and caterers are close to the house. The Jardin du Luxembourg is 15 minutes away by walking. The accommodation is served by line 4 (50 meters), 6 and RER B (200 meters) as well as many buses.

My home is a pleasant place to stay. It is well located and distributed, and fully equiped, as shown by the photos. A parking space is available in the underground garage.
