Bright studio, pleasant to live in, clean and fully equipped (kitchen, towels and linens, TV, wifi, fan...) with foldaway bed (real mattress). Private heated swimming pool, solarium and 360° view of Paris and Eiffel Tower Keeper 7 days a week. The studio is on the 3rd floor with elevator, 7 minutes from the 13 Plaisance metro station, 12 minutes from the Pasteur metro (M6 /M12), 15 min walk from Montparnasse station and 20 min by transport from the Eiffel Tower, Invalides and Porte de Versailles.

Beautiful two-room apartment in the 14th

On the top floor of a 7 story building with an elevator, this apartment is very calm with plenty of light. The Didot/Plaisance neighborhood has lots of small shops, restaurants, and even a weekend flea market. It is close to Montparnasse station (Air France airport buses) and to the "Parc des Expositions"/Porte de Versailles. Visiting Paris is easy since métro line 13, the tram 3A and 3 different bus lines are all only a five minute walk from the apartment. This is a non-smoking apartment.

Sweet home in Montparnasse, free parking

My home is a pleasant place to stay. It is well located and distributed, and fully equiped, as shown by the photos. A parking space is available in the underground garage.
