Vacation rentals with a home theater in Plainview

This is a great place to stay and tour the DC Metro area - provided you have a car. Most days it would take us 30 minutes to get to and from DC though if we hit rush-hour, it was as long as an hour. The space is tidy and great. My kids love the pool, though it was a little cold for me-they swam there every night. Jennifer is great to communicate if you have any needs she gets stuff done right away. Note that there is only one bathroom, which can be a pain if you have a full house of six people. The washer and dryer are small so it will take you longer if you’re used to a full size. She had all the cooking methods and appliances available. The theater room has Netflix and Amazon prime ready for you to watch a show. There is even a popcorn maker. We did not use the gym, but it was nice - comparable to a small hotel gym. Property is in the owner’s basement, so there is some sound from upstairs as identified in the listing. Host stays out of your way but is there if you need anything.

We loved our stay here! The studio was just as advertised and easy to find. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed to do our own cooking for the week. They provided enough soap and such for us to get started and we only really had to bring more toilet paper. Otherwise everything was there that we needed. We loved the games that they had there for us to use and the snacks were perfect too. We will definitely be looking at staying here again.

Location was ideal, just a couple blocks from Richmond Main Street Amtrak station (our means of transportation) and basically in Shockoe slip. A quick 15 minute uber to VMFA and Carytown. Plenty of space despite being a 2 floor loft. Everything clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the elevated projection TV lounge area in the dining room, which could be used as 3rd bedroom. It was a good amount of space for the money.

It was great to have parking included and still be within walking distance of everything!

This cute little downstairs apartment was perfect for our anniversary trip! It’s a great space for two people to relax and enjoy each other’s company. We spent our mornings on the porch swing drinking coffee and at night would head into town to eat at the recommended restaurants. The place was cute, homey, and had amazing views of the mountains!

Had an amazing stay at Jim's place. he was kind, courteous, and made us feel right at home. also his dog is great.

Orion was super cozy and as advertised! Hot tub was great and very clean! Peaceful location! I could definitely stay there again. We did have a lighting strike from a thunderstorm. A few fuses blew, but before we knew that, I called Ryan. He answered right away, and told me where to go check the fuses. He also sent someone (very nice guy named Wally) to come over and check things out. We got the power on quickly, and life was back to normal! All around, great stay and great host! Alex

Absolutely loved this house! You can easily spend time with family and/or friends w/o leaving the property! The deer in the front yard early morning was a bonus!! The gameroom was so fun that my 83 year old mother had fun. Her favorite was the pin ball machine. Kitchen was spacious to cook for 9 people. Christopher was very prompt with answers to questions! We would definitely stay here again! And, we got to bring the dogs along! So worth the price!! Thank you for a fantastic weekend!!

Impeccable home that felt like we were going home each time we returned to the property. The location was just what we needed for a wedding weekend in the area. It was conveniently located to all the stores and restaurants. Spotlessly clean and so homey. Of all the times we have stayed at rentals with AirBNB, this was our favorite! Drinking coffee in the morning outside, in the patio area was just what we needed to start each of our busy days. Watching the white-tailed deer play in the field was a highlight as well. All the furniture and bedding was extremely comfortable and the kitchen was ideal. You simply can’t ask for a better place to stay. We loved it and so will you!

This home was such a great place for my family and I! There were places for us to congregate to play games and watch movies and sports as a family, but also enough space for us to have our own private time when needed. There was nothing we needed in this home that wasn't readily available. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a great space for our extended family gathering. The kids had plenty of space to play and the grandparents could find quiet when needed. The beds and furniture were comfy and there was plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. We would definitely return!

Eric’s place is wonderful in a very quaint neighborhood! Communication with Eric was excellent. The home is very comfortable and accommodating for families and large groups visiting. We were in town checking out the DC sites and the proximity from the home to the Glenmont Metro was close and easy. The kitchen is well equipped with just about every appliance or cooking utensil you could need to whip up a meal. There’s two washer and dryers and plenty of towels which is really convenient for large groups. The backyard hot tub was nice for relaxing especially after a 20,000 step day exploring DC (phew!) I would most definitely recommend this home and host!

Benton Park is such a great walkable neighborhood, and this home was in a perfect location with easy highway access. The house is an older one so it has its quirks, but also a lot of charm and coziness. It was really comfortable. We felt right at home and Kilian was very friendly and quick to respond to messages. We had everything we needed, and had a great stay.

The condo was clean, up to date and worked perfectly for my family of 2 adults and 2 teens. I really like the fact that there was coffee already stocked in the kitchen with K-cup, sugar and creamers, or coffee filters if you want drip. The location is great especially if you want to avoid some of the traffic in Branson. And there is shopping center with a little grocery store, coffee shop, pizza, and really good shave ice stand.

This place is so cute—everything as described, super clean and adorable decor! Easy check in/out process. Wonderful communication from the host! We’d definitely stay again when we’re back in the area!

Very nice stay! Felt much like home with lots to do including games, music, the hot tub was really nice & this is the first Airbnb I’ve been to where you can smoke! I also liked the projector in the living room😂 felt like we were in a movie theater lol. Monica provided great services even cooked for us and more, really appreciative and greatful for what she did. love every bit of detail inside the place from floors to the ceiling!! HIGHLY Recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable place to get away 11/10* Gots to respect the rules tho!

The place was absolutely amazing! Easy to find and very quiet surroundings. The host were there to help in anyway that you needed. Everything was clean and ready to use. We will definitely be back again!

Our stay at the beach was great. The unit was very nice and Rodrigo was very kind and responsive to all of my questions. The view from the unit to both bodies of water was great. The amenities on the property are a nice bonus. The building and grounds were nicely kept. Alll in all, we had a wonderful visit, in spite of the rain.

This was a great place to stay. It was like being in our own home and we weren't very far from any of the attractions. Toward the end of our stay we visited the Capone restaurant and it was very good. The pizza was great. We would recommend staying here for a Branson visit. My husband and I walked the trail one morning and it was very nice. We also walked the neighborhood one morning. We planned on visiting the pool but stayed to busy with other Branson attractions.
