This is our MOST favorite place to stay in Rocheport. Shelley makes you feel like family without being intrusive. The BnB is the best kept secret around.....we literally spend a ton of time on the patio- the view is so wonderful. Always highly recommended!

Great place right off the highway easy to find. Nice local restaurants around. Nice streaming channels available and comfortable beds. Responsive host.

Great location, clean, wonderful host, and best stocked airbnb kitchen I’ve ever seen! We booked last minute-my baby, toddler, and mom were with me. It was perfect. We made a very convenient breakfast from the well stocked healthy kitchen! . I will definitely try to stay here next time I’m staying in Springfield!

Nice stay! We were just passing through for the night, but we enjoyed our time there. The house was great. The kitchen was well-stocked with equipment. (One note-the bed in the primary bedroom is very tall, so guests with mobility issues might prefer the other bedrooms.) Thanks!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this adorable home! I have lots of family all over Springdale/Fayetteville and Caitlin’s place was only 7 min down the road from my brother’s home off Habberton! It was the absolute perfect location and as soon as I walked in the front door it brought back so many childhood memories! It was absolutely perfect! And the homemade apple butter in the fridge just made it even better! Thank you so much, Caitlin for letting us stay in your home! We will definitely be coming back, hopefully soon!

The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It's conveniently located to wherever you want to go in and around Heber Springs. It was well set up and quite comfortable. The host was super accomodating! I would highly recommend staying here.

The space was beautiful and looked just like the pictures! Tastefully decorated and thoughtful furniture placement with tables/lamps/etc. The kitchen was small but mighty! Fully stocked and had everything you’d need to cook a meal! Plenty of silverware and tableware, including plastic bowls and plates for kids! The coffee and cookies were a wonderful touch! The only thing to note is regarding accessibility. The only way to access the floors are with very narrow spiral stairs. Those with young children or limited mobility may have difficulty accessing all parts of the home. You can walk/drive around out back, but it would not be convenient. There is one half bath on the main middle floor and a full bathroom downstairs. The full bathroom could also benefit from a handheld shower head for those with limited mobility as well as showering young children. We did not venture out to the outdoor spaces much, but the inside was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Ive stayed here several times. It's always clean. Christine always messages the day of or before with anything I need to know. She's a great host.

The apartment was even more spacious than expected and located in a quiet, peaceful area. We really appreciated the thoughtful decor – you can tell Erin puts a lot of care into every detail. Restaurants are within walking distance, which made our stay even more convenient. We felt very comfortable here and would definitely stay again!

Definitely one of our favorites Airbnb stays. The apartment was comfy, spacious, stylishly furnished and spotlessly clean. We couldn't have asked for more! Mark was great at communicating and flexible with check in/out. We also loved the neighborhood for its peace & quiet and walkability to grocery store, restaurants and bars.

When choosing an Air BnB location we always review the photos carefully. The pictures were beautiful and in person it was just as good. Being inside felt like being at a second home. The beverages provided were above and beyond as well as the muffins! Thanks for a safe place to stay for the night! 10/10 would come back!

Our family is always grateful to stay at Mary Ann's beautiful property! We've stayed here multiple times now and hope to continue to do so whenever our travels take us through the Asheville area. This property is truly a gem - peaceful, beautiful mountain view, a tree swing, lots of greenspace for the kiddos to run around outside after long car rides, comfortable big beds, a lovely bathroom, cozy living room and lots of much appreciated extras in the kitchen like KCups and creamers, pop tarts, waffles, water and juice. And if you ever need anything, Mary Ann is super responsive. It truly feels like a respite for us along long family trips, like getting to stop at a home away from home. We love this special place! Overall this was an amazing visit. This is the first time I have stayed in a place where the owners also live. After getting past that initial shock, it was fine! It rained off and on so wasn’t able to fully enjoy the lake, but the hot tub was amazing. Was a great weekend get away.

Donna and Randy were extremely nice hosts. The perfect quiet place to stay in Nashville . They have a beautiful and peaceful backyard space. The interior has really nice updates, with an attention to detail. Definitely will stay here again.

Our stay was amazing! We went out to compete in a volleyball tournament, and have a nice place to stay once we were finished and on days off. Couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful location, and the indoor space was even better than expected! Paula even invited us to come out and have s’mores on Memorial Day Saturday, and her husband was always very kind if we ever crossed paths out and about. Best Air B&B stay we’ve had!

Very nice accommodations and the beds were some of the best we’ve ever slept in. We weren’t there very long, just long enough to grab some rest, but it was very comfortable and cozy.

We absolutely loved our stay with Kathleen and her family on their farm. We were so impressed with how important to Kathleen it was that we have an incredible stay. We felt like we booked the finest place in all of North Carolina because she treated us like prized guests every step of the way. The stay included breakfast, which exceeded our expectations in every way. I would rival Kathleen’s dishes with any of the finest bed and breakfasts in the South. It was some of the best food we have had, and we are still raving about it even days later. The room was cute and comfortable. We felt like we were in a little French cottage, which perfectly complimented our experience since we also visited the Biltmore while we were in town. It truly felt like the gilded age at every corner. We enjoyed the animals on the farm. The big dog that watches over the other animals was the sweetest. The goats surrounded us with love. We even got to see newborn piglets and got to hold them. We will be back!

Tamara and Marc were so welcoming and had everything set up for the most amazing experience. There was not one detail left un attended to. They went above and WAY beyond with supplies and amazing treats. For a very small price Tamara prepared the most amazing picnic for us that we had by the creek. We spent hours down there with our pup. The nature and surroundings as well as the beautiful Forrest cabin in the trees were only exceeded by their gracious hospitality. This was an amazing experience and we can’t wait to return. Thank you Tamara and Marc!!!!

Cindy’s place was very comfortable and a great place to relax. Private area, clean, easy to find. Cindy and her husband are very friendly and had great suggestions for restaurants and things to do. Would definitely stay there again.

I have stayed at Starstruck Farms several times now, and will probably continue to do so due to how easy it is, inexpensive, pet friendly, and close to my family's homes. That being said, as someone who has stayed there before, here is a tip: bring your own blankets. They do give you a few, but they are very thin-- especially if you are staying in an Aframe. But I have still found this to be relevant in the barn. Otherwise, it's a perfect glamping stay with pets and very convenient to various places to visit.

Great location between Busch Stadium and Soulard. The neighborhood felt safe because of ample street lighting and well-cared-for properties. Inside, the charm comes from art, and outside, from the beautiful backyard. Loved the little touches such as muffins, granola bars, and tea and coffee.

Donna and her husband, Lloyd, are fantastic hosts! We loved getting to know them and enjoying their gorgeous home! My husband and I walked trails, fed fish in the pond, pet their horses and mule, and of course ate Donna’s amazing breakfast and chocolate chip cookies! We enjoyed s’mores outside by the fire pit at night - it was SO peaceful and relaxing! We would give it more stars if able!

We had a great stay, and I would call Cynthia the ultimate host. She was thoughtful and generous, and her home was adorable and comfortable. It was a great location. Loved all the history provided about the place.
