T1 bis of 26 m2 with a bedroom of 6 m2, a terrace of 7.5 m2, sofa bed 140 in the living room. Located 30m from the beach of Grazel, 300m from local shops ( bakery, grocery store, hairdresser, medical house) and 1 km from the port, Intermarché and Lidl. This cozy apartment is great for a family with two kids. The residence is quiet and pleasant, with a swimming pool and a private parking space. Pool open from 15/06 to 15/09.

Very nice sunny apartment, quiet.

My place is close to the village and restaurants. In winter the square hosts 3 markets. In summer the streets are also filled with all the charm of Mediterranean markets. The nearest beach is 800 m away. You'll love my place because of the brightness, the comfort, the outdoors space. To get to the apartment there is a staircase with Japanese steps that is not suitable for young children or people with limited mobility.
