Just renovated! This large apartment on the top floor has two bedrooms and is perfect for families with children or a group of friends. The sea view from our balcony is a lovely way to start the day for everyone! The apartment is the only one located on the 2nd floor and offers WIFI and a parking place. It is situated in a small tourist village near the sea, just a few kilometers from the town of Pula. It is a great choice for all those who enjoy the quiet, excellent restaurants and beaches.

Only five hundred meters from the apartment is the nearest bar where you can drink coffee or eat toast in the morning. You can also rent a motorboat there.

The place was as described and we had a great vacation. Tatjana was always available for questions and suggestions and everything was as described. It was a bit cool and we didn't have the best weather. In summer, this place is perfect because it is cool, I think. Our dog also liked it very much, the garden was really great and perfect for our little dachshund. The surroundings were very nice and everything important was within walking distance. We had a really great vacation and a few more nice days by the sea at the end of September. Thank you very much

Dubravko is a very friendly host. Communication from booking to departure was always very fast, competent, informative and very pleasant. Very good directions with photos. The apartment is modern and very well decorated. Everything is in very good condition and was very clean. From the balcony you have a very nice view over the bay of Pjescana Uvala. There is always something to discover, especially sailing and motor yachts entering and exiting the harbor. The amenities are very good, everything you need in the kitchen is there, especially enough dishes, glasses and cutlery. Everything is as described. The central air conditioning in the living room/dining room is installed in such a way that it indirectly also pleasantly cools the two bedrooms. Parking right outside the front door. In a maximum of 5 minutes you can walk to a small grocery store, a bakery, several restaurants and especially the beach of the place. To Pula center by car about 15 min.

Great apartment! Have a lot of stairs - can be hardly reachable by old or disabled people. 300 m from the beach and is located on very quite street. Everything is quite new and sparkling clean. Love and care are felt in every detail There is everything you need in the apartment, bathroom and in the kitchen. You have your own private parking place. We would like to say warm thanks to Tatjana for excellent and productive communication

Since we booked at very short notice, we did not expect to find such great service. It's only been 5 minutes between booking and personal check-in. Branko as well as the owner communicated very well with us. The apartment itself is in a wonderful central location but still very quiet. The neighborhood was also extremely friendly and apparently all the people in the place are very fond of animals, which was a great advantage for us. We really enjoyed our time in this apartment and will definitely rent it more often this year.

Beach loungers are positioned under thatched umbrellas along the shoreline, providing shaded areas for relaxation. An expanse of water reflects sunlight, while distant boats can be seen on the horizon. The surrounding landscape features a gentle slope leading to the sea.

We were in the house with 2 children and 4 adults. The layout is perfect for a family with grandparents. Due to the temperatures, we really appreciated the air conditioning. The contact with Konstantin was great, the reception very warm. We felt right at home. Due to the parking situation in high season, the parking in front of the house is worth its weight in gold. The location of the house is great. The beach is right nearby. Everything you need for everyday life is within walking distance. There is also a playground and sports field for children nearby. All in all, a great overall package.

The kitchen window offers a view of lush greenery outside, bringing natural light into the space. A coffee maker and electric kettle are positioned on the countertop, alongside a sandwich press, providing essential appliances for meal preparation.
