Very professional and lovely outfit . We enjoyed all of our stay . All was there what we needed. Beach in short walking distance. Private parking is a plus. Well done there is a lot Of heart &pride in the decor and lay out .

We spent 5 nights with our two children in this beautiful house. Everything is very high quality, tastefully furnished. Right next to the house is a bar where locals meet outside in the evening. The bedroom on the first floor opens directly to the street - so you feel in the middle of the action. From here we were able to take wonderful excursions in all directions.

Daniel’s place is in the most photo-genic street of Rovinj and his place still stands out. The outside carries into the inside; what a cosy place! Location is perfect! In the middle of the old centre, many wonderful restaurants and bars nearby. We’d advise: vino vigneto winebar, twinfigs for dinner and trevisol for breakfast. All within 5 minutes. Only downside is that there is no parking nearby. You need to go up quite a few steps with your luggage.

The place was very nice. Everything was very clean and tidy. A good location and quiet. Mauro welcomed us personally and showed us the place. He was easily accessible and responded quickly. In addition, Mauro was helpful and very friendly. The property was fenced, but with small dogs you have to put something in front of the gate so that they don't run away. We had a lovely stay and can only recommend the accommodation.

We stayed at this lovely place for a week at the end of May with our dog. Upon arrival, it is a bit hidden, despite the navigation, but the photos from the bird's eye view of Ivan were very helpful and we found it quickly. The dear owner, who lives in the back, welcomed us with nice gifts and would have been there immediately if we had any questions or other needs, but was otherwise very reserved. The house has a good kitchen with everything you need and has a new and very nice bathroom. A wonderful garden and the sea in front of the door, what else could you ask for. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the week

I highly recommend staying here. The home is well-equipped, and Sanja is a great host, very communicative, quick to respond to messages, willing to help when the problem arises.

If you're looking for peace, this is the place to be! The tiny house (on a large property on the outskirts) has everything you need. It is loving, modern and also practically furnished! As soon as you enter the property, you are enchanted by lavender scent, olive trees and herbs provide a Mediterranean flair. We enjoyed having breakfast on the covered terrace in the morning, relaxing loungers and hanging chairs invite you to relax. We also liked to use the existing barbecue! Conclusion: we (and also our dog) felt completely comfortable! The only downside: we were on vacation here in the low season, which means that both the local bakery, as well as cafes and most restaurants have already closed. So you have to drive a bit to find great restaurant where you can have a dignity. If you are satisfied with snacks and snacks, you will find various possibilities near the beach. We will definitely come back, but then 2-3 weeks earlier!

Beautiful house, super clean, great amenities in the kitchen. Everything you need on arrival. Alan answers questions immediately. We felt very comfortable! Would definitely come again.

A neat holiday home for Pula. Great communication with the hosts. It is slightly out of the center, so you’re best off with a car or Uber. Close to Verudela with nice beaches and the Aquarium.

Perfect Workation Spot with Amazing Hospitality! We had an incredible stay at Oliver's place! The accommodation was clean, stylish, and super comfortable – everything we needed for a relaxing and productive visit. We were doing a workation, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, making it easy to stay connected and get work done without any issues. It was the perfect balance of work and leisure. The pool was definitely a highlight – clean, refreshing, and a great way to unwind after work hours. What made the experience even more special was the hospitality of our host. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. We received honey snaps and fresh picked cherries. One two evenings, we even grilled together with the host, which was such a fun and unexpected highlight. It felt like staying with friends rather than just booking a place. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended.

We visited with our dog for a week. The accommodation is nicely decorated and lacks nothing. The highlight is the garden. Beautiful pool, loungers, meadow, trees and the barbecue. The village itself is quite quiet, but there are some restaurants. If you want to do something, you can just drive to the neighboring town. We will be happy to come back!

Beautiful villa ! Very clean and very modern ! We enjoyed the sauna and pool to the fullest. The kids loved the PS4 (beware, only 1 controller)😄. We solved the flying problem by only leaving the terrace door open, which had curtains. These kept most of the flies outside and it was still able to keep the door open. BBQ charcoal, lighters & co had to be bought, - was not on site. Salt, pepper, oil, etc. was also not available. Ivana gave us tips for excursions and was very kind. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our vacation very much! I couldn't find a walker's route from the village, so I always had to drive away to walk the dog. The property was perfect though. Nice big and closed so our little dog could jump around freely.

We had a great stay with a group of eight people. There is enough space for all kind of activities and chill areas. The rooms are separated like own Apartments so privacy is provided. The Apartments were well equiped but some of the bathrooms weren‘t as comfortable as expected. The pool and the whole outside area was very nice and perfect to relax We would highly recommend it

We arrived at the apartment and everything was beyond expectations! We encountered a generous and flexible service complex owner! We totally saved the number and will return to it again! Thank you for everything.

Casa de Mer was just lovely. We enjoyed the quiet location very close to the beach. The apartment itself was extremely well equipped with the owner having thought of every possible detail to make guests at home. Our host Samantha was very kind and helpful and available to assist throughout our stay. We’ll be back for sure!

The view was a dream, the apartment was clean and we felt very comfortable! Everything we needed was there - a small couch would be perfect ;-) The field with the olive grove was also perfect for a little evening stroll. The surroundings are basically more touristy, which can sometimes make it louder - but that didn't bother us. The beach and the walking paths in the area were also perfect for us with the dogs. Marina and her family were very nice and friendly. All in all a wonderful time - we will be happy to come back :-)

Great apartment and the hosts! Although we arrived late in the evening, Sonja warmly welcomed us and showed us the apartment, which was very clean, nicely decorated with all the necessities. It is especially suitable for families with children, because in the yard there is a football field, a trampoline, swings, a slide and a large garden house with a barbecue. It is veey good located, a 5-minute drive from the nearest beach and the city of Pula. Surely we would return to this place again when we come to Istria!

Apartment is really lovely, it has everything you need for pleasant stay and a big bonus is private terasse outside. Location is great if you enjoy walking, bycling or driving around. It’s not far from the city or shopping centre. Very close you can also find smaller markets and restaurants. Host is very friendly, kind and responsive, so there was no problem with communicating about check-in, check-out and he was also open for any kind of help. The most outstanding thing for us was pet friendly enviroment, because our dog could stay with us the whole time. We would definitely recommend!

Iva was truly the perfect host. We stayed here for about a month with our pup and it was definitely worth it. It was clean, comfortable, and big enough for us. Iva was so helpful at all times, very responsive, and was always willing to help. She checked in on us throughout and made sure we were alright. Whenever we had any questions, she was quick to help. The bedroom in the back didn't have any direct sunlight, but it didn't bother us at all, and we already expected it from the other reviews anyway. The place was so cute and we didn't even want to leave! We would definitely stay again :)
