This guest house has an exclusive location with its own bathing path (200 m) down to Finnsjön, where a rowing boat is also included. There are nice swimming areas, exercise trails, illuminated trails, outdoor gym, cycling and hiking trails, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts! Only 15 minutes by car into central Gothenburg. You live in a newly produced house of 36 sqm with room for 2-4 people and your own private, furnished patio. Coffee, tea and muesli/flakes are included. During the high season May-September, only reservations for a minimum of 2 people are accepted.

Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Here you will find proximity to Gothenburg city center (14 minutes), tranquility and nice swimming. Warm welcome to my guest house!

Cozy apartment in villa with private entrance and views of garden and forest. Suitable for those who want to stay quietly and close to nature but at the same time have proximity to the city. Walking distance to forest and beautiful hiking areas, several swimming lakes and Partille golf club. Bring your own sheets and towels (can be rented for SEK 200/stay and will be notified in advance). Due to cleaning not working, we have now reintroduced a cleaning fee so we are responsible for the cleaning ourselves. Possibility of charging electric cars.

Casa Oliva - the finest we have built! The house is centrally located in Mölndal, in a quiet residential area, close to Gothenburg. Our new Attefallshus of 30 m2, called Casa Oliva, is a very cozy little house that was built in 2021 and is in super nice condition. Suitable for those traveling alone, or those visiting Gothenburg for a couple's weekend or longer vacation, or the smaller family (2 adults, 2 children). Located with proximity to nature while it is walking distance to busshpl where Röd Express takes you to Korsvägen Gbg, in 17 minutes. The airport 10 min. by car. Long-term parking is available as well as some access to leave/pick up service. The house has one bedroom with one bed. Common area with sofa bed. As well as a low loft with a bed.

To public transport by bus from the stop Stora björn (21) 5 min, tram from the stop teleskopsgatan (11) 15 min. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place.
