Newly renovated(!) nice cottage with three bedrooms (two double beds and one single bed), kitchen, bathroom and a spacious living room with fireplace. South facing patio with ability to grill and enjoy the sun from morning to evening. Proximity to water and swimming at the cabin as well as child-friendly and shallow beach just over 5 minutes drive from the cabin. 25 minute drive from Skellefteå Central. Bed linen and towels are provided by the guest. The guest is responsible for the cleaning of the cottage before departure.

A cozy house of 3 room and kitchen located right on one of Skellefteås's finest sandy beaches, enclosed by a lovely forest. In the house, there is a soapstone stove and big windows facing the sea, as well as amenities such as TV, Wifi, dish and washing machine as well as a well-equipped kitchen. On the plot there is also a sauna, volleyball court and barbecue area that we offer our guests. A harmonious and nice place year-round! Magisk utsikt över havet, men ändå bara ca 15 minuter från Piteå centrum. Vintertid är det bara att promenera, åka skidor eller skoter ut på isen. För den skridskosugne plogas det även upp en isbana. We immediately felt right at home in the house! It is nice and bright, offers enough space for a family of five or six and is very centrally located. Three toilets and two shower options are wonderful! We didn't use the sauna, but it looked cozy. Overall, the house is very inviting and clean!

Olivia & Mijail's place is great, I felt right at home. Everything is very tidy and clean, a very peaceful place to disconnect and rest. Hosts were always attentive to our needs and concerns. They were very friendly at all times. I highly recommend it. The accommodation and I will definitely stay again there is nothing like being away from home and feeling at home.

The house is truly amazing : clean, big, really well equipped and well situated. The landlord is really nice and reactive, her instructions are cleared. We had a really good time renting this house, I would recommend it to everyone !

We had some wonderful days at this house❤️ Great house with all amenities. Perfect both for families and like us 4 adults. Should only have multiple days. Very friendly and welcoming host is Nathalie, who showed up when we had any questions. The house is even better than the pictures. We would love to come back here🥰
