A cozy house of 3 room and kitchen located right on one of Skellefteås's finest sandy beaches, enclosed by a lovely forest. In the house, there is a soapstone stove and big windows facing the sea, as well as amenities such as TV, Wifi, dish and washing machine as well as a well-equipped kitchen. On the plot there is also a sauna, volleyball court and barbecue area that we offer our guests. A harmonious and nice place year-round! We live in the house next door and make sure you feel at home and have everything you need. Welcome!

Calm beautiful area less than 1 hour from higher mountains and 10 minutes in car for shops. Very private perfect for nature excursions, kayak, skiing, cross country or slalom or just relaxing in the middle of the nature and enjoying wildlife and nature. It´s a dream from children and safe, also perfect for well behaved dogs.

WC, shower (sauna not for use) fridge/freezer, AC, near the nature. You sleep in a sofa bed for 2 persons in the livingroom. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Our cottage is located on the edge of the forest, directly by the sea, in the small recreational house area of Hällskatan, south of Jävre. From the cottage and the large terrace, you have a lovely view over the waterfront. Enjoy the tranquility of the beach directly below the cabin, or in the sauna with a great view and an evening by the cozy fireplace. Reservation for minimum 3 nights.
