We will be delighted to host you in this air-conditioned apartment with a private terrace of 40 m2 located on the ground floor of a house (on two levels) completely renovated in 2022 located in the heart of Les Abatilles. The apartment is conveniently located between Pereire beach (800m walk and 5 min by bike), Mauresque Park (1km) and Arcachon city center (1.5km). The bakery is at the foot of the house and the Abatilles grocery store within 100m.

Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and are happy to share it with you!
