Very nice clean place. Easy to locate and close to shopping and restaurants. Spacious home very nicely decorated with nice details. Space is large and would accommodate a large family. I would recommend this home to anyone staying in this area.

Hugo's place was cozy, fun, and yet peaceful. From the sun room, I could see nature and the Hard Rock Casino Hotel across. It was a combination of nature and city life, which I hadn't experienced before. We really appreciate it having everything we needed within just a few blocks. We will definitely come back if we are ever around Bristol again!

We were not able to get a room at the nearby Marriott resort and conference center but as it turns out, that was a lucky break because we got to stay close by at this place. Perfect for two of us, plenty of room and amenities and much more economical option than the conference center.

Absolutely beautiful view from the front porch. I could have sat there all day. The host did a great job preserving the rustic feeling while incorporating modern amenities. So many of the tiny details reminded me of visiting my Grandparents back in the day.

What a beautiful oasis for my family, and our senior dog, Lola. It has a huge fenced-in yard, dog treats she loved and a creek she waded in. There's a relaxing grassy area 10 ft across the street with adirondack chairs, a hammock and large swing. You can grill out under the trees, & dip your toes in the water. The front porch has multiple seating areas for reading or enjoying downtime surrounded by some of the most fragrant and colorful flower beds which I'm completely jealous of. Added bonus is having a two car covered garage. What a great find nestled in the Appalachian Mtns. House had spacious bedrooms with updated bathrooms (huge soaking tub) and large flat screen TVs in multiple rooms. So many places to see and enjoy in this area. We will absolutely be back!

Cozy and adorable bungalow. Thoughtful touches and updated tastefully. Awesome backyard space, my pup loved it. Super close to many restaurant options! All around just a great overnight stay. We would love to return and maybe stay a bit longer next time.

Our family had a very nice overnight stay! After some booking issues on my end, Melissa was very patient and generous. It was so nice to stay in a house after staying in motel rooms. The children really enjoyed the extra space and it was so nice to be able to have our own kitchen space! My husband and I both agreed that we slept better in that bed than any of the other 3 places we were at on our vacation! Definitely recommend!

This is such a great place for families who have kids and for adults, on their own. The view is spectacular! There are tons of activities: at the house, in the community and broader area. I especially appreciated the hot tub after the 17-mile bike ride on the Virginia Creeper Trail from Abingdon to Damascus. The kitchen is well supplied and will satisfy most home chefs. It is amazingly clean, especially considering pets are permitted. We look forward to future stays!

We had an amazing stay at Robs Airbnb. My friends and I wanted a getaway for the weekend to spend time away from our routine and get some skiing in. The place was really clean and met all our expectations. Super spacious and lots of room for 8-9 people to sleep. Rob was also super responsive when we locked ourselves out, he immediately responded and helped us get back inside. Overall a fantastic experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Matt’s cabin! The cabin was clean, cozy, and perfectly suited for our getaway. This by far was the best, best Air BNB I’ve ever stayed at. More like your own private tiny resort / hotel. It has it all, no need to leave at all. Jennifer and her husband were incredibly hospitable. The whole ambiance to the entire suite just makes the place so solid! Jacuzzi.. Firepit… Amazing Kitchen..Full Gym…It’s just a phenomenal place and highly recommended for a surprise couples getaway. Appreciate you Jennifer. Love Edie & Gavin

A great location if you are doing activities at Beech Mountian resort, very walkable. They were very responsive and provide very good info for dining and activities.

We loved everything about our stay! The house was so cute, clean and exactly as described. Thoughtful and fun decor and toys for kids was a big plus. Tonyia was quick to respond and very helpful. There was a book of instructions/info in the house that was also useful. Overall this house was a perfect place to stay and we will absolutely stay again!

Just back from our granddaughter’s graduation from ETSU and all we have to say is - Just a wonderful experience! We would definitely recommend this house for anyone looking for a relaxing space for the family to get together and enjoy each other. The amenities were spot on. Fully furnished kitchen made our in home dining experience a breeze. The whole decor was just amazing! We loved the comfortable feel throughout the home. The indoor heated pool was a big hit with our grandchildren. My wife loved the jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom. All of the bedrooms had amazing comfortable bedding. The private outdoor setting with wrap around porch with plenty of rocking chairs and a beautiful view made for a relaxing evening of great fellowship. Overall everything with this home was over the top and we loved our experience. Our only regret was that we only got to spend three days here. Next time we are booking a week and truly enjoying all it has to offer.

I have already ask to book with them again next weekend! Such a great location, and even as a townhouse very quiet. I plan to visit often, and couldn’t ask for a better host! They are outstanding, and go over and beyond. Vivian even brought an extra TV to use as my laptop monitor. I can’t wait to stay again! Thank you so much for my incredible stay!

This home was perfect for a visit to the tri-cities area. It was so welcoming and every little detail was clearly carefully considered for the comfort of guests. Even the check-out requirements were exceedingly reasonable and not the least difficult or burdensome. This Boone Lake neighborhood is off the main road enough to feel secluded but close enough to make traveling to anywhere in the area convenient. We had a terrific, though short, visit and would definitely want to stay again on our next visit. One of the best Airbnb's we have visited - I would (and did to friends in the area) highly recommend.

Eric’s place was the perfect getaway to get to know the area! The condo is located on the water, no water views but easy access to the water and boat dock. We brought a kayak and it was easy to use the dock to put in and explore the lake! The place was clean, comfortable and provided all the basic needs! Would highly recommend!!

This is hands down the cleanest Airbnb apartment we have ever stayed in. The bathroom and kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook a meal/relax in the bathtub if you so desire. It has an air conditioner that kept the place very cool for sleeping. But, let's talk about this mattress on the bed!! OH MY GOD best mattress Ive ever slept on away from home. I booked a stay at Carrol's place while I was in TN looking for a place to live, and it was hands down the best rental experience I've ever had. She is so kind and hospitable, and it was wonderful getting to know her and her furry friends! The apartment is very cozy, was super clean, and has everything you need including a full kitchen. Very peaceful surroundings and you can see the mountains from the driveway! I sadly had to cut my trip short, but would 1100% stay again if I'm back in the area. Thank you Carrol!

Loved it! It’s nestled about 15 minutes away from downtown. Good size for the price. The only odd thing was there was cookware but nothing to cook on. Will stay here again if we visit again.

We loved the cabin. It was so quiet and very happy to be able to bring our dog with us. House was spotless! I would return to stay in the future.

This is my second stint here at this location. If I could give Zach and crew 10 stars I would because 5 just isn’t enough. Highly recommend anyone staying here. If I’m ever back in the area, they’ll be the first I contact about a place to stay.
