Great Lake views, close to beach and really nice cozy place!! We would be happy to stay here again!!

The house has an extremely spacious layout for a large group of people that provides everyone their own privacy. Conveniently location to Yosemite, beautiful location on a creek, and super responsive host! We stayed for 2 weeks, and we would love to stay again at this place!

We had a wonderful stay! The home felt so cozy and inviting—very homey and comfortable, which made it easy to relax and unwind. The surrounding scenery was absolutely beautiful, and we were lucky enough to see deer, wild turkeys, birds, and even a bear right in the backyard! It was such a unique and peaceful experience. We appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the house and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet nature escape.

We had a very enjoyable long weekend at Jake's home. It was very comfortable and spacious. The location is quiet and relatively close to Yosemite, but be aware that it takes an hour or more to drive to most locations (Yosemite Valley, Hetch Hetchy, Tuolumne meadows, Mariposa Grove, etc), which can get tiring after a while. The house is in a gated community and it took us nearly an hour to get in the first night, due to a long line of people arriving at the same time. This was frustrating after the long drive, but lines at the gate were always present and it usually took us about 15 to get back in, which makes a short drive to the supermarket a much longer endeavor. Groveland seems to be economically depressed. It looks like most of the tourism stays inside the park or at the resorts (Rush Creek, Firefall Ranch, Evergreen Lodge) and the town has very few services and amenities. Restaurants close very early and many shops and services only open during the summer season.

Loved this stay for our trip to Yosemite! My family and I would leave in the mornings to go explore Yosemite which was an hour drive, not too bad! The kids LOVED the game room and gave them their own space to hang out. Definitely recommend this place!

Nice place about 30-45 mins from Yosemite. Gated community and quiet neighborhood! Love that they thought of the little things like an extra toothbrush, soap just in case. Place was clean and cozy. Recommending this place to friends and family when they visit Yosemite.

We would love to stay at Lilia's place in the future. Felt like an home away from home. In a beautiful location about an hour away from Yosemite National Park, stocked up with everything you'll need for the stay, fast Wi-Fi, cozy. Highly recommend!

Our trip was great! We enjoyed our stay, and had such a good time as a family! The Decor was so cute and the hot tub was an added bonus!

House was big, very confusing, outdated thermostat which was on 85 when we arrived and didn't cool down arrival day. Didn't find all amenities like listed beach umbrella that was listed. The washer and dryer tripped the breaker on the first load of clothes and the breakers aren't accessible. Other than those few things the house is very large. The game room and pool table were a nice feature. The kitchen was well stocked with a variety of dishes and pots and pans but very mediocre quality so no chefs meals being cooked. 5 minute drive to fishermans cove which has a nice beach and free water taxi to other spots on the lake such as the marina for rentals. We chose paddle boards which was a 10 minute paddle to the cove. PGE just started a 6 year infrastructure so getting in and out of PML was a 1 hour wait every time you needed to drive to the marina or out the front gate. Construction works 7 days a week so be prepared to be delayed when driving in and out or to the marina.

My family had a lovely stay at the Reverie! Manda was absolutely wonderful at making sure we had everything we needed and as comfortable as possible. She even dropped off fresh pastries and coffee, which were delicious! As with any home away from home, there were some clear pros and cons to the Reverie: Pros - lotssss of space, great for big families/groups (the house is huge!), wonderful nature and wildlife, fabulous amenities, comfortable spaces to hang both inside and outside, coffee bar is legit!, very comfy and modern. Cons - the house is located on a semi-busy road and not totally secluded, the main kitchen is a bit limited in cookware and the guest house kitchen has next to nothing so if you’re big on cooking this can be a challenge Overall the Reverie is an outstanding place to stay and a great jumping off point to all kids of fun in the area. Manda truly is a fine host and you will be in great hands!

We loved staying at Mou cabin! It was beautifully kept, clean, and private. We enjoyed our time together because we had space to eat dinner and play games after a long day of hiking. Mou was responsive and provided clear communication! thank you again!

Beautiful cabin and perfectly located for a trip to Yosemite. We visited during the holidays so we had a long wait at the entrance to get inside Pine mountain lake each evening. The cabin itself was very clean, comfortable, well stocked and my family had a really great time.

We had such a lovely stay at this house in Groveland. This was a nice location to stay at, walkable to Pine Mountain Lake area and not too far from Yosemite. Michelle was a great host as she responded quickly to my questions about staying there. The house has everything a family like ours would need - everything to feel right at home, everything we needed to cook with, items to use for little kids like ours (i.e. high chair) plus Michelle included extra snacks and amenities, which was very thoughtful. We definitely recommend this place!

Loved this place! I've stayed at Airbnbs inside PML (Pine Mountain Lake community) before when visiting Yosemite. This is part of the community but outside the gated area so you don't have to deal with traffic entering the community or the extra parking fee. The house is as described and Aleksey is a responsive host. I found it convenient for visiting Yosemite and right by shops/restaurants in Groveland.

We absolutely loved staying at this house! We were impressed by how squeaky clean the place was. Our favorite part was the peacefulness of the surroundings. We loved observing deers, turkeys and squirrels roaming in the yard and throughout the neighborhood. We will definitely come back!

Perfect location! Todd’s lakefront home was the perfect fit for our family of five. First of all the location – right on the lake with your own private dock and all of the gear you could possibly need to enjoy it – stand up paddle boards, canoes, kayaks, floats, etc.! Everything was an excellent condition throughout. Todd‘s attention to detail in providing a well stocked kitchen with herbs and spices, Ziploc’s, paper towels, bath products, laundry detergents and all the essentials to make it an easy, relaxing stay! We appreciated the lush, beach towels, and new bath towels. Every bedroom had comfortable beds and bedding. I enjoyed using the treadmill while looking out at the peaceful serene lake. The hot tub was also a bonus! We would highly recommend Todd as a responsive host and perfect peaceful family getaway! Thank you, Todd for an amazing stay!

A great location and stay for landing into Yosemite. Appreciated the quiet evenings and waking up to a feast of birdsong!

We have nothing but good things to say about our experience, the home was immaculate, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully equipped with great attention to every detail. Our host was a pleasure, always responsive and proactive to our needs. We would unreservedly recommend this home to anyone considering staying here. We wish we could have stayed for longer!

We had a wonderful stay near Yosemite! The property was private, secure, and had access to a lovely lake. Basia was friendly and accommodating, and the house was exactly as described—clean with clear instructions. Recommend everyone to go through the house manual for nest, water heater instructions. Great amenities nearby like Tesla supercharging, a park, and nearby restaurants. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!
