Welcome to our private mountain retreat. You have access to the entire suite, with a key code. This unit is beautifully decorated. Updated to make your stay in the mountains amazing. Entire lower level, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom (note there is no bathtub, only a shower), laundry room with washer and dryer, board and iron, plus a large living room. Due to the location and lack of transportation options, some type of vehicle is required and 4 wheel drive is recommended in the winter.

We love where we live! We want to share our garden level 1 bedroom in-law apartment. Full kitchen. Large living room. Awesome outdoor patio and views! We are short drives from Staunton State Park, Jefferson Co. Open Space Parks, shopping, Red Rocks, and the Platte River. Amazing mountain bike riding, hiking, and fly fishing. The best place to come home to after a Red Rocks concert!

We are located on a 14 acre property just under 40 miles from downtown Denver directly off Hwy 285, so access is easy year round. We're also just 20 miles from any of the comforts you desire of the big city, or famed Red Rocks Amphitheater. The view is truly as wonderful as it appears on the listing. Watching storms roll in and out was so cool and sipping morning coffee on the Adirondack chairs made for a perfect start to your day. The hot tub and sauna were in great working condition and the hosts have towels everywhere for all guests. The hosts have clearly put a lot of care into the space. It looks nice, it feels like a high quality cabin, and there is tons to do within the confines of the home. The space is smaller than it appears (wide angle photos of course) but was still plenty of space for our family of four and our two dogs. I would not want to have 8 people here though. The bunk room is not an enclosed space, but is open to the rest of the basement. Overall a great experience and we were really happy with our stay, even at a premium price point.

Grandma’s cabin was very easy to check in. We found the cabin to be clean, comfortable, and quiet. Only a 7 minute drive to downtown Bailey, for restaurants, and places of interest. We watched a small herd of deer wander through the property, only feet away from where we were sitting. All in all, a very nice place to stay. I would definitely stay there again in the future.

This was easily one of the best places we’ve stayed through here. Dawn sent check-in instructions well in advance, and was prompt in responses when needed. It might as well be totally private, because we never heard noise from above. A great value that we will certainly return to if we are back in the area.

Chad was a responsive host, providing clear and friendly communications. The house was exactly as advertised - very clean, modern, bright, and architecturally appropriate to the mountain setting. Although it is located in an area that requires a fair bit of driving for most activities, it is scenically situated and provides a convenient base for hiking anywhere in the front range. The house is spacious with ample room to spread out with a group of four. I hope others take care of the property as much as we did for the enjoyment of others.
