I had a wonderful experience staying at this apartment in Chandler, Arizona! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. It had everything I needed—from a stocked kitchen to fast Wi-Fi. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, with easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, and highways. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, providing clear instructions

I stayed here for a business trip and although I wasn’t in the room much, I thought it was a great place. It was extremely clean — much cleaner than most Airbnbs I’ve stayed in, which I really appreciated. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge bonus during my stay. The host was very responsive and answered all of my questions before I booked, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. The only thing I would mention is that it was a little hard to find the unit in the dark, since there are several identical-looking buildings and the parking lot, stairs, and walkway areas are not very well lit. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I’d definitely recommend it!

Derek was great and very helpful! Gave lots of recommendations on things to do and the location is walkable to downtown phoenix.

my husband and I stayed here for 5 days for our first time in AZ. couldn’t have asked for a better place :) the bed was so comfortable, we slept so hard every night. the area is extremely safe and easy to find! all around, definitely recommend this place to any and everyone.

Excellent stay! This Airbnb is beautiful. It was super clean, adorably styled, comfortable, and quiet. We went to Chase Field for a baseball game and it only took us a few minutes and a $6 Lyft to get there. I loved the off-street parking as well. It felt very safe and comfortable overall. Will be staying again!

Super clean apartment in a very quiet complex. Covered parking was a huge bonus. Bed was very comfortable. Danuta was quick to respond to all communications.

Nice house, nice area, Tatum is very helpful and friendly. House was perfect for our little family to stay at while we were down to visit friends/family for a few weeks.

What an awesome location! My family of four loved our stay. Our two kids liked having extra space to play outside and really appreciated the board games. The house is bigger in person and is only about five minutes from Lost Ducthman, and Goldfield Ghost town. We had a fantastic stay.

Hayley’s place was perfect for what we were looking for! The views of the mountains are amazing and the private feeling, while still being less than 10 minutes from stores and restaurants, was ideal. The house was clean, check in and out where both super simple, and the pool/hot tube/fireplace were all well maintained. Would absolutely book here again in the future.

This location was perfect for our basketball tournament at the Arizona Athletic Complex. The house was great for the multiple families. The one room without an attached bathroom was secluded right next to the bathroom so everyone had their privacy. The hosts were very responsive and we enjoyed the space.

The house is beautifully decorated. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms are so chic! The beds and pillows are all very comfortable. It was the perfect space for our stay. Jessica is lovely and great at responding. I cannot recommend this location enough!

First time with Airbnb, and this home was amazing! We felt right at home. Pictures and details on the site is what we had and more. The pool in the back won the hearts of my daughters. So family oriented. Any question or concerns I had, was answered with minutes. Thank you !

Cali's space was very comfortable, very clean. Perfect location for walking, seeing some of the local sites, shops and restaurants. The apartment was fully equiped to make you feel at home. We enjoyed our time there. Thanks Cali for a great stay!

Apartment near Arizona State University, fully equipped with a large kitchen and island, we cooked and were comfortable.

Evelyn and her place were both fantastic! Her communication was amazing and we felt right at home. She was able to accommodate an early check in for us, which we greatly appreciated. We would love to stay here anytime we’re in the area!

This was our first Airbandb experience and Nicole did not disappoint. Nicole was a fabulous host, she left great instructions on how to get to the Condo and checked in on us to see if we needed anything. The Condo was very clean and tidy. Had all things we needed as far as appliances go, lots of sleeping room with very comfortable beds along with balcony furniture to enjoy the beautiful view. The view was magnificent words and pictures do not even come close to describing how beautiful it was in person. You get to be out of the busy city life but with all your needs 5 minutes away with stores, restaurants and attractions. The pool and hot tub was very clean with plenty of lounge chairs to relax in. I give Nicole’s place a 20 out of 10 stars. I will definitely be looking Nicole up on our next vacation to Arizona. Thank you Nicole.

I picked this particular location because of its proximity to Sloan park. Unfortunately, my son’s team got knocked out of the tournament in the first round. The one downside with AirBnb in general is the cancellation policy. I understand the owner wants to keep to the cancellation policy and unfortunately, once spring training is over, those locations are probably hard to book. I just wish I could have left early and gotten a partial refund. Lesson learned.

Our stay was great and Erick accommodated a very specific request from us that required him going above and beyond on a holiday. He was very communicative and handled our request —and then some. The place was perfect for our needs especially each bedroom having its own bathroom. Kitchen was well equipped and the location was perfect for our visit for our son’s graduation from ASU. I would absolutely stay here again or at another of Erick’s properties.
