With that I have created a space that offers both the ability for some peace and quiet, being nestled in a quiet community, however you are just down the street from some of the busiest restaurants and bars in town. Pickleball set is for guests to use! Smart speaker in the room for you to listen to music or use white noise! They are completely private spaces, so you have your own private entrance, space, room and bathroom with a shared backyard

Welcome to the Historic Chandler Bungalow! Built in 1933 & recently restored with all of it's original charm. Our passion is to breathe new life into historic homes. We love history and to imagine the stories & memories that happened here. We’ve spent the last 6 months falling in love with the character of this sweet, sweet space and have updated it ever so slightly to make it a perfect place for guests. Close to major freeways (202, 101 & 60) and airports-Sky Harbor (14 mi.) & Mesa Gateway (8.5 mi.). Community pool.

Our clean comfortable home is situated in the east valley. Close to restaurants, freeway and shopping. A king bed and double hide-a-bed in living room to accommodate 3 people. Microwave, mini-fridge, coffee pot in the suite. There is no access to a full kitchen. Per Airbnb’s policy, we want you to know we have a camera with exterior video surveillance. No animals. No tobacco or vaping allowed on the property. Only registered guest allowed on property. Not appropriate for kids

AZ Music Shack: In Historic Downtown Chandler

This is a one-of-a-kind, stand-alone bungalow I lovingly call the "AZ Music Shack." I originally built it to be my music studio. It’s located near the heart of up and coming Downtown Chandler. Convenient walking distance to bars/restaurants/shops, and you can typically find live music close by 7 nights a week! The house has a semi-private, partially fenced-in front court yard and a small private fenced-in back yard, hardscaped with artificial grass and pavers. Pet fee: starts at $75.
