This is a very cozy Air B & B that offers all the comforts of home. Comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, cute deck, nice walking paths and a great pool. If I find myself in Tempe, I will not hesitate to book here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Owl's Nest. James was very communicative and we appreciated the clear instructions for access to the unit and guidelines for use of the amenities. It was very easy to find, centrally located for ease of freeway access, and the pool and common spaces were nice and we enjoyed the outdoor spaces and the balcony area. Good closet space and very nice kitchen with all we needed for our stay. Highly recommend!

My first day in Arizona was amazing in this area very quiet. Looked like descriptions in the bed was comfortable. Thank you for having me.

This location is just as described and pictured. Very cute and very clean. I appreciated the amount of things available like beach towels, pool noodles, glass wear, tissues, soap etc. The first night the hot tub was not working properly and the host responded immediately and the issue was taken care of by the next day. We really enjoyed our stay here. It was quiet and nice

This is the second time staying at Keith’s and it was as good as we remember. The place is very nice, well furnished, and has everything you need. All of the furniture and amenities are in very good condition, like new. Lots of AirBnBs are furnished with old and second hand stuff, but not at Keith’s, everything is very nice. The condo complex is well maintained and in a great location close to Scottsdale, Tempe, and downtown. I’m sure we will be staying there again sometime.

My friend and I booked Royal’s place for a 4 day/3 night girls trip. Royal was very responsive and even checked in halfway through the stay to make sure everything was going well. Having the porch overlook the pool was an extra perk as we could easily tell if it was crowed, which most of our stay it wasn’t, which was great! The location was great as we had easy access to get many different places. Overall we had an amazing stay and would book again if we were needed to be in the same area!

We had a wonderful time staying here! Although we've visited Phoenix several times before, this trip was special as we stayed further out in Gilbert, Mesa. We traveled with our two daughters, ages 7 and 10, and the whole family had an amazing experience. The complex is beautifully maintained, with friendly residents and a fantastic community heated pool and hot tub. We loved the great weather, as well as the convenient shopping, restaurants, and walking paths around the neighborhood. I highly recommend this place without hesitation. The host was always available for communication, and both check-in and check-out were seamless. We developed a perfect routine of morning hikes and afternoon pool time – it truly felt like the ideal vacation.

My parents (87 & 90 yo) stayed here for a month this winter and it was a great fit for them. Even with the stairs, they were comfortable in the unit and happy with accommodations. I recently stayed with my 2 adult kids for a long weekend. Knowing this area was comforting as my brothers live near here. Lots of close access to stores, restaurants etc. Beds were comfy and she has anything you might need to cook your own meals. Alice helped us with a special request very quickly. We enjoyed the pool and rode the bikes around the community. We will stay here again for future events for my family.

The location of this property is fantastic! There are beautiful hiking trails close by along with a golf course and the zoo! This property is also only minutes from the airport.

Cali's space was very comfortable, very clean. Perfect location for walking, seeing some of the local sites, shops and restaurants. The apartment was fully equiped to make you feel at home. We enjoyed our time there. Thanks Cali for a great stay!

This quiet home is tucked away in a nice little neighborhood. The home had games, math flash cards (which came in handy for homework), plenty of kitchen appliances, and every day things you overlook like shampoo and blow dryers. The pool is a little jot down the way but so nice. There’s a little covered bbq area with a fire pit and wood on the side right of your patio. The beds are comfortable and the master bath is a soak tub complete with jets. The living room offers ample seating and the kitchen table seats 6 comfortably. Stacie was amazing with communication and easy to work with. We’re thankful for her hospitality and would for sure stay again.

This was a great location. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room. The kitchen had all we needed. We really appreciated the time taken to label the light switches! Very cool! We hadn’t seen that before. Thank you. We’d definitely stay here again.

Michele was a wonderful host. The condo was absolutely perfect. Cozy, peaceful and comfortable. She contacted me several times to make sure we had everything we needed.

The house is beautifully renovated with nice furniture and plenty of sleeping space. There is a large bathroom on upper floor with three spacious bedrooms. There is also a large full bathroom in the basement. The first floor has a small half bath. The house is very nice and the host was very responsive! The location was on a private street and there was no noise. There is also a very large screened in deck with comfortable seating, including a ceiling fan and light. The driveway is skinny, but there are several parking spots behind the house.

Wonderful home she stayed in communication with me and was always helpful. This Airbnb felt like home and because of the full kitchen I saved a ton of money on food.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Connor's condo! He was the absolute best host to work with. The condo was pristine, exactly as described and walkable to so many places. It is located an easy 10-12 minute drive from PHX airport, and is walkable (15-20 minutes tops) to Chase Field where we caught a Diamondbacks game. Connor left a fabulous list of recommendations of restaurants and things to see. Gallo Blanco and Wilderness were recommended and we loved both. The condo was equidistant to the Grand Canyon and Saguaro NP, so it was perfect for us when we decided to venture outside the city. Even with the extreme heat outdoors, we stayed cool and comfortable in the condo when we chose to stay in and cook in the well-equipped kitchen. We will stay here again on any return trips to Phoenix and recommend it highly!

This is really a great place to stay. Quiet complex, very clean and well maintained, and perfect for our little family. The host is very responsive and helpful. A lot of thought and effort was put forth to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Close to Downtown Chandler with lots of amazing restaurants. I highly recommend this place!

We loved the place we stayed in. The complex was gated and felt very safe and secure. The complex was clean and well maintained. The apartment was very clean and modern. The furniture was modern, comfortable, and well maintained. We loved that it had ample cleaning supplies and toiletries - very much appreciated. Jennifer's note about complex entry, apartment entry, and what the keys are for were very clear and timely.

Ann's condo in Tempe was perfect for our stay. 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds allowed us to stretch out and feel at home. The kitchen was well stocked, the baths were ready and nice, the furniture was cozy. The pool and hot tub are just steps away. We had a problem occur with the building, which was not the owner's fault. Ann jumped in and helped solve the issue with swift action, and was very responsive and caring about our needs. I would recommend this place to anyone, especially if you are looking to participate in activities at ASU. Thanks!

Quiet location was exactly what I wanted. Bathrooms and kitchen were pristine. Description of condo and pictures were representative of condo. Kathryn provided clear instructions to get into the condo. Chandler location is close to good restaurants and grocery stores. Really enjoyed my stay.
