We had a wonderful stay in this lovely holiday home which is in a stunning location overlooking Robin Hoods Bay. It really was an unbeatable location. Steve was a fantastic host, giving us all the information we needed about the property and location. He also left us some welcome extras in the fridge 😊 The property was clean and well presented, and the hot tub and snooker room were enjoyable extras. We would happily return to this beautiful, peaceful spot in the future.

Rose Cottage -hot tub, dog friendly, country views

MattRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Lovely relaxing cottage with everything we needed. Very cosy and relaxing setting with great views from back windows. Enclosed garden for dog or children. Hot tub was a great perk which was well used by us. Rillington village within 10 min walk which had a small shop and a nice pub ( the fleece). Tips for other travellers The fleece in rillington has a nice garden of weather nice and the food was nice too and dog friendly Ham and cheese which is a 5 minute drive the food was very good and dog friendly too although probably too far to walk Lots of walks nearby, we went to dalby Forrest, mallyham spout in goathland and Levisham near Pickering New Connie’s Chinese in malton was also very good

Idyllic cottage by the River Tees, North Yorkshire

JamesRating, 5 stars1 day ago
My family spent three delightful nights at Bridge cottage. We are on our three week journey around England, and very glad to have relaxed here before heading to York. We decided to stay put and enjoy the surrounding countryside and walks Clarey mapped out starting right from the doorstep. There are also many excellent day trip suggestions that can be found in the guest manual. The cottage was well appointed, immaculately clean, excellent appliances, beds are comfortable, and the terrace was lovely to sit out in good weather and enjoy the gorgeous garden. Highly recommended and would love to visit again.

We absolutely fell in love with Bickley Rigg Farm- amazing cottage, filled with very interesting curiosities- the pictures do not do it justice. We spent hours reading and looking at the collectables- a feast for the eyes! The cottage is clean, very cozy and comfortable, with everything you will need. The location is stunning - views are beautiful. Bruce and his family were very welcoming. The welcome tray was filled with delicious, locally produced food, which was much needed and appreciated after our journey. We highly recommend staying here and we hope to return soon. Thank you Bruce and family for letting us stay in your wonderful cottage.

Beautifully renovated stable in Pickering

DavidRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Without doubt, in regard to the property this is the best my wife and I have ever stayed in. Stunning design, very, very high end throughout, immaculate in every area of the property. Many thoughtful features such as the rack of what to do and where to go brochures in the utility. Excellent info pack detailing such as usage of the microwave, washing machine and dryer etc. The bathroom was far, far superior to the 5 star Scottish hotel I stayed the previous night. Katie was very friendly and open, very quick to respond to all communications. The property is a mere 5 minute stroll from the town centre, with terrific private secure parking behind locked gates. Without doubt, an absolute gem that I cannot recommend highly enough.

Woodland Barn

Great location, in a peaceful country spot, but close enough to enjoy Durham. We had a lovely stay, and Paula was really helpful. We had hot weather, but the windows opened fully to allow a breeze to go through, and the bedrooms being downstairs were cooler. Enjoyed a barbecue outside one evening in the sunshine. Would definitely recommend - a lovely stay. Thanks.

We had a lovely stay at the cottage: everything was clean, comfortable and good quality. It’s in a super peaceful location, just birdsong and the occasional baa of the sheep neighbours! It’s also in a great location for exploring the area, just 30 mins from the coast and there are lots of beautiful villages on the moor. Highly recommended by us!

Fabulous cottage in Coxwold, the perfect bolthole!

AdamRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Wow. What a beautiful place to spend the Easter weekend. Sarah’s place is a home from home. It has everything you need to enjoy the peaceful tranquility of the surrounding area. Milk, eggs (chocolate too!) were here when we arrived, a lovely touch. The house was sparkling clean and bigger than the photos show. The pub across the road is ideal for a drink and top notch pub grub. York is 30 minutes to the park and ride (definitely do this to save on expensive parking), but the beauty is the walks around the area. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks for being a great host!
