This is the third time that we have stayed at Santiago‘s condo. It’s in a great location walkable to the pool and plenty of things to do in the area. We would definitely stay there again.

we found the location to be excellent with easy access to downtown Phoenix and other surrounding communities. the house is nicely decorated to make it feel homey.

The Airbnb was really nice and felt right at home. All the rooms, bathrooms and the kitchen/living area were super clean and smelled nice. The community where this house is located is also nice and peaceful. Lastly, Pete and Maria are very welcoming and helped me throughout my stay at their Airbnb. I would highly recommend renting this place for a big family.

This was our first Airbnb stay and it was a wonderful experience. Vicky’s condo was as beautiful as the photos portrayed. 😊 The condo was well equipped and everything we needed was provided; even snacks and Keurig coffee pods. Our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable. The views from the three patios were outstanding. We ate our breakfast outside every morning. We really loved this home! It was the most relaxing Arizona visit we have had in the last few years. When we visit Arizona again we will contact Vicky first! 😎

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, well-furnished, and had everything we needed. We had no issues with anything from check in to check out, so we did not really have to message Barbara about anything. But when we did message her, she was responsive and kind! If we ever visit Arizona again, I’ll be sure to check if this place is available as I’d love to stay here again.

I stayed for over a month at Jack's home, and it was an excellent experience, very clean and just as advertised with all necessary amenities. A very convenient location for shopping and restaurants while still being off the busiest of streets for a bit of privacy. Highly recommended and would not hesitate to stay there again if I were in the Phoenix area.

Evelyn’s place was perfect for our week-long stay to visit our son in Phoenix. Place is an easy 10 minute drive to great restaurants in Tempe and a 5 minute drive to all sorts of shopping options. Easy to hop on 101 or 202 and go to any event or activity the area has to offer. Place has comfortable beds upstairs and kitchen is well furnished. I personally spent time in the back patio area reading and observing the hummingbirds dart in and out of the flowering tree. The pool is a quick walk away, very clean, private and quiet. Would stay here again when in the area.

Zenia’s listing was exactly as described! It was up to date, clean and spacious. The garage was definitely a bonus! The bedrooms and bathrooms were a very nice size. Loved the double vanities and the cubbies in the closet for clothing. Hangers were also available and to some that may be minor but for myself, a huge plus! The beds were extremely comfortable. Liked all the windows allowing for lots of natural lighting. Great location, felt safe in unfamiliar surroundings. I would highly recommend this place. I would definitely stay here again. We had an amazing time! Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay at the condo! This was the cleanest and most well stocked Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Anything I thought of was available, suntan lotion, towels for the pool, spices for cooking, etc. The condo was a great place to visit with our daughter who lives in AZ. We especially liked being able to walk along the canal in the mornings and visiting downtown Gilbert. Many cute restaurants and live music. Would certainly book again if back in Phoenix.

I needed at least a 2bdrm/2bath Airbnb near a Scottsdale hospital which was affordable in that zip code and knowing I might need some flexibility with extending as I recovered from surgery. I could not have been more smiled upon in finding Mario and his great townhouse in a quiet neighborhood. He was gracious, sympathetic and responsive to my needs. His place was thoughtfully detailed for the traveler with consideration given to the smallest of details. Above all it was a clean and comfortable respite in the stunning desert urban-ess which is Phoenix. I would definitely go straight to Mario and look no further for my future visits to the Valley. Thank you Mario!!!

This is at least the third time we've stayed at Darolyn's place. It was the perfect place for us to stay with our dog while we dropped off/picked up our ASU student for her 4 years in Tempe. It had everything we needed. My wife and I were able to work from here and make the short drive to/from the ASU campus. I personally really like the automatic blinds in the living room which completely open and completely close. They were very handy to close so that our dog could not see outside (and bark at anything) while we stepped out to eat or be with our daughter on campus. Kiwanis Park is so close and a great place to take your dog for a short, scenic, peaceful walk. There are so many great little restaurants in the strip mall right nearby too. Darolyn is a supreme host - very responsive and able to help us with anything we ever needed. Our daughter has now graduated. We will have fond memories of our stay at Darolyn's place and will miss it!!

This place was absolutely perfect for our trip. The views from the rooftop are absolutely stunning, and you are close to Phoenix as well as many hiking trails in the desert. Having a private garage, three bedrooms each having their own bathroom and open floor and living room and kitchen and dining room area served our family well. Marcia was an amazing host, always responsive, and I would recommend this place to anyone traveling in the Phoenix area.

Chance was very helpful and communicated well through every step of the process. Good value for a nice stay in the Phoenix area.

The condo was a little difficult to locate, but once we did, it was very cute, clean and spacious. We would stay there again! Owner did not respond to questions by message before arrival, so I had to try calling. I was a little skeptical after not getting a message reply and having so much difficulty finding the place, but once we arrived, all went well.

The property is located within 3 mins walking distance of downtown Gilbert. It is charming, clean, spacious and has nice walking trails and resting nearby. It is definitely worth the money for anyone that’s interested in visiting Gilbert, and prefer to have more space for the money than what a hotel can offer. Richard (the property manager) was responsive throughout and kind. Highly recommended!

My family and I stayed here for 2 nights in May 25' while we were moving our houses in PHX. Jesse's place was perfect for us, and it's close to a big nice park for the 5yo for something to do in the meantime. Also, my wife accidentally locked the family out of the place and I wanted to thank Jesse for being super responsive and nice when I called him and he helped us get back in. For those who are new to PHX/Scottsdale, this place is close to downtown main Scottsdale for doing those activities. Chris & Sabrina

Spacious and quiet condo with park access for walking, jogging or frisby golf. Great location with a variety of restaurants and shopping close-by. Mattias was quick to respond and was helpful with accommodations. We would stay again.

The place was exactly like the photos! It was cute and clean. The beds were comfy, but one room had a sky window and it was very bright if you were trying to sleep in a little! I didn’t realize it was going to be a townhouse in an apartment complex though and there were so many speed bumps it was annoying to get to the house every single time. When I first arrived the parking spot numbers were all over the place and finding the spot took awhile and then had to figure out which section the place was in. I wish those instructions were given so I didn’t have to walk/drive around. It was in a really great location though so close to a lot of fun stuff and quiet neighborhood. The water filter on the fridge also didn’t work which kind of stunk because I wanted to refill my reusable water bottles but had to go by plastic water instead. It was perfect for just the weekend though and just two of us.

We can’t say enough about Eddie! The place was super clean and cozy! We were worried about the heat since we’ve been at other places in AZ and it can get hot. Eddie’s place is perfectly positioned so that the sun never hits the unit which made it a very nice and cool place to relax! It was central to everything! Close to Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa and Glendale all the places we needed to be. Took a break between graduation celebrations and relaxed at the pool which was empty for us with a nice table and shade! Pool was clean and well kept. Eddie had all the things we needed and even had some Keurig pods which was perfect since we forgot to buy coffee. The fridge was clean and pristine ready to be filled! I also forgot cooking oil and Eddie had olive oil in the cupboard so I was able to make breakfast. He responds so fast and was very helpful. This is definitely a pristine place and we recommend it for anyone that wants a nice place. Oh!I almost forgot we loved the second bed! Murphy bed
