Beachfront vacation rentals in Phippsburg

Perfect location. Parking space right out front of the cabin. Quiet street. Felt safe. Picnic table in the back of our cabin. Less than a minute walk to the beach. We were able to walk to the pier and didn't have to drive at all for the time we were there. We stayed in Cabin #6 and it was a perfect size for myself and sister in law. Jason let us keep our car parked at the cabin for a few hours after checkout so we could spend a little more time at the beach and not have to drive and find parking somewhere else. Would def. rent one of the cabins again.

Being at Carole's place was a total pleasure. If I could, I'd spend a lot of time living on a boat, and this was about as close as possible to that experience, only much more comfortable. I loved being able to see all that was going on in the bay - a lobster boat with a happy dog aboard, a kayak - but mostly birds, including a few visits from a couple of Bald Eagles. For anyone who enjoys nature and privacy, this place is heaven.

micheles place was incredibly well stocked with helpful and cute amenities and convenience items! the view and accessibility to the beach is incredible. Michele was very welcoming and we appreciated all of the recommendations she provided. the guest house is quite small but met my and my husband's needs for a quick getaway. thank you for your hospitality!

it's a magical location and such a well appointed apartment. as someone who has hosted on airbnb, I really appreciated all the amenities they had. the hosts are so dope as well. you cannot go wrong with the place, the location, or the vibe.

We had such a nice stay at this lovely house. The house had everything we needed with a fantastic view. Plenty of things to see and do nearby.

We really enjoyed Elizabeth's house. It was beautiful and peaceful. The dock and beach were great. Communication was awesome! would loved to stay stay again.

Amazing apartment at a great location! Lots of character and the newly renovated kitchen was a plus. Very quiet neighborhood that allowed us to relax. Dave is a great host and was very helpful and flexible when it came to our check in time. We definitely recommend his place and will be back soon! Thank you Dave!

Our stay at the beach house was great! You couldn't be closer to the water! So much fun kayaking, floating and swimming in the lake! House is much better than the pictures do it justice. For a 2 bedroom house its very big and spacious, beds were extremely comfortable. The no wifi was a little bit of a downer but there were plenty of board games to play. There is some street noise but not bad at all. Would most definitely recommend if you are looking for waterfront property. The access to the resort pool was a plus too for the kiddos!

A great spot tucked away!! House was cute and as shown in the pictures, is right on the water and has some great views! It rained the majority of the time we were there so didn’t get to take advantage of all the outdoor amenities, but would have if better weather! Host was very friendly, communicative and responsive!

A few times while wandering around midcoast Maine in late March, we were asked if this is when we usually came to vacation here. Yes, we are educators from the Southwest, and this was our spring break, so this is when we came to visit, but honestly, it is so peaceful this time of year. Especially Boothbay Harbor, and what we imagined while walking around the very quiet town would be a very different place in July! Our experience at Abby’s space was absolutely wonderful and serene in the spring. The thoughtful touches (thank you for the bottle of Maine wine and jar of blueberry jelly!) made it even more special. Thank you, we hope to be back one day.

Beautiful home and amazing atmosphere if you love sitting by the water!! If you like waking up and looking out to Beautiful Sebago Lake, listening to the boats go by and sitting with nature this house is for you!!! Jessica and Adam's home is perfect for a family getaway! We had a wonderful week with Brian's condo as a "home base" - we truly felt at home. It was chock full of small and big touches (toiletries/supplies! paper goods! plentiful sheets and towels! beach towels! to name a few) and surprises (generous snacks greeting us on arrival) that made us feel spoiled. The condo was a great size with an open kitchen/common area and large patio. We were familiar with the area but not Ocean Park Meadows, and were pleasantly surprised by the lovely property and amenities (especially the pool, pickleball, shuffleboard and cornhole) and how well maintained they were. The condo was a quick 2 block walk to the beach, made easy (even with alot of stuff and three kids) with the beach wagon available for our use. Brian was a perfect balance of being proactive, informative, and accommodating while letting us "do our thing". We loved how "our" beach was quiet and nestled between the more bustling OOB and OP areas; the neighborhood, too. We'll be back!

Would definitely stay here again. Was really a first class space that made our family feel very relaxed.

Wonderful quiet place to relax for a Fall weekend. You feel right over the water. Accommodations cozy and comfortable. Will plan to return!

We totally enjoyed our stay in Harpswell. We took several of the walks on the Land Trust list all very well sign posted off the side of the road. Don’t miss Giants steps. Lisa’s white folder had brochures that described all this. We also enjoyed popping in to the local potteries-of which there are many- the potters were very interested in talking about their craft. We liked Ash Cove especially. The house was very well situated for seeing all of the fun things around. We ate out in wonderful restaurants. We loved The Dolphin and the fabulous views from the windows and property. The Owls Nest is great too for relaxing in, we enjoyed the deck and the very comfortable living room. lots of nice amenities -nice washer and dryer, great shower. Just a great place to stay.

Serenity on the Cove is a comfortable and well-equipped apartment on the lower floor of the house. The setting is fabulous, with the windows facing down a slope to the water. Very quiet and well-kept setting. The location is a great base for exploring Bath, Brunswick, Wiscasset and the nearby peninsulas down to Harpswell, Georgetown, etc. David and his partner are gracious hosts and the communication was prompt and clear. 10/10 recommend.

Perfect spot, truly right on the water and so beautiful. The cottage is cozy and has everything you need for a great stay. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. Everything was super clean. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The dock is wonderful for sitting and watching the wildlife and boats. Beautiful Maine water views. Homey cottage. Lots of books and some games on the shelves. Hosts are nearby and responsive. This is a beautiful, restful place, and a good base for getting to Bowdoin and other places in and near Brunswick.

We had an unforgettable stay at this charming oceanfront cottage! From watching bald eagles soar overhead to seeing seals swim by, the wildlife alone made it an incredible experience. On one particularly clear night, we were even lucky enough to catch the northern lights—truly magical! We also took advantage of the fully stocked kitchen. We were able to cook fresh lobster outside, which tasted even better with the stunning 180-degree ocean views as our backdrop. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood on a quaint island road, this home is the perfect getaway. The bright and open kitchen flows seamlessly into a cozy living room that leads to a large deck. We were treated to breathtaking sunrises from the living room each morning—a truly spectacular way to start the day. Whether it was sipping coffee in the morning or enjoying an evening drink, the deck was the ideal spot to soak in the peaceful surroundings. Ryan and Sharon
